As a person who does not understand AI all to well, the team at durable has helped me grow my business and help me stay relevant in my market!
Highly recommended, especially to people who do not understand AI and this new age of marketing.

I run a local tree service business and originally used Durable to get my website up and running. Recently, I decided to move to a different platform that better suits my needs. That’s when the nightmare started. Durable is literally holding my domain (douglastreeserviceatx.com) hostage.

The mandatory 60-day ICANN lock on my domain expired on June 23rd. I requested my EPP transfer code well in advance. According to ICANN rules, registrars are legally required to provide this code within 5 days. We are now weeks past that deadline.

Every time I reach out to customer support, I get the same generic, copy-pasted response: "We are sorry for the delay, we have escalated this to our domains team." No action, no timeline, just stall tactics.

As a small business owner, my website is how I get my leads and feed my family. Because Durable refuses to release the domain I own, I cannot properly launch my new site, and it is actively costing me money and customers. It feels like a shady, deliberate tactic to punish customers for leaving.

If you care about actually owning your domain and having control over your own business, look somewhere else. Save yourself the headache.

Update:
It’s telling that Durable responds to my review while completely avoiding the fact that I’ve had to escalate this to ICANN (Case #01628657) due to their failure to comply with domain transfer policies. Ignoring a formal regulatory complaint doesn’t make it go away. If your 'domains team' were actually working on this, I would have received my transfer code weeks ago.

It’s becoming clear that this is a deliberate strategy: stall the transfer, provide generic copy-pasted responses, and keep charging me the monthly fee for as long as possible until I either give up or get tired of fighting. Stop hiding behind scripted responses and release the domain I own.

In my experience, the staff at this agency were very unprofessional. I also found their technical knowledge to be poor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

The support at Durable is pretty good, I had an issue with my domain name settings and needed help which Durable provided.

I have used a lot of web building websites and apps but this one really is Amazing! Easy to understand and use to create Amazing websites!

Responses are alway quick, direct and informative. Durable team is always willing to assist and pout the clients needs first. My partners are wanting me to switch because they are paying less or getting better deals, but, to be honest the trust and reliability of Durable has grown on me.

Really easy to set up and start running your own website. I did have to move away after a year, as my site needs to list properties that feed to XML. But I didn't want to leave, and when I did Anjie was so helpful providing the domain codes to unlock

Really frustrating to not be able to get support over the weekend. Love the website design features; the support, on the other hand, is not so great. Not sure why I should spend my money if the support is not there?? I work this business on the weekends
