Slimy Business Practice

I was happy with their service until I went to cancel. They make you go through a support ticket to cancel and then they deliberately let the support ticket sit until the next renewal date. They waited to cancel my hosting ON THE DAY the renewal of $850 hit. When I contacted them about the fact that I had requested the cancellation long before the renewal date, they responded that the cancellation was only processed on the renewal date and their policies do not allow for a refund. Unethical business practices. Why do they allow you to upgrade immediately on their dashboard, but to downgrade you have to wait for their billing support to get around to handling it.

Stay away from the dodgy…

Stay away from the dodgy business....they got my payment to begin with, the websites are quick to set up but not real value, hence I didn't use. After one year noticed that they put the renewal through twice, and one went through... I asked for a refund, and they refused as it is not in their refund policy… Be careful, once you paid, you paid......

So i was subscribed to the 1 year…

So i was subscribed to the 1 year plan on this platform and bought a domain from there , when i wanted to add dns records to the domain it had bugs in their system , so i contacted support they told me that this would take 3 business days i said okay but please im planning to launch my saas next week , a week past and i didn't get any updates to whats going on , i sent an email got no reply from them for several days , then i re contacted them through their support chat on the dashboard , they told me i have to resubscribe to their plan so they can fix the domain details for me ( the domain yearly payment is still active ) , what a joke and a scam , my Business got Delayed 2 weeks to launch because of them !!! , DO NOT USE THEM AS YOUR DOMAIN PROVIDER

Dealing with 10Web tech support

Dealing with 10Web support provision was great.
The ai helpdesk that initiated the chat was surprisingly effective in comprehending my line of questioning, at least compared to what other companies provide however when we hit a brickwall on a particular matter, it did not hesitate to pass me through to a human customer care representative that came on without delay.
Marta (the human) was incredibly patient, knowlegeable and in turn highly informative. She solved every single query I had been wanting to address.
It's really refreshing to experience a service provider this responsive. I have no complaints what-so-ever.

They block bots

They block bots, by default. They have horrid customer service and take weeks to address things after claiming it will be 24 hours. We are in the age of zero click, building on 10web is a bad move.

Think carefully before purchasing.

I signed up for 10Web primarily to migrate my website. Over several months, I repeatedly requested assistance, but my issue was never resolved. Instead of receiving effective support, I was often directed to documentation and automated responses.

In the end, I had to move my website to another hosting provider and rebuild it elsewhere. Although assistance was eventually offered, it came only after I had already left the platform.

When I later requested a refund based on the prolonged failure to resolve the migration, my request was denied based on policy, without consideration of the circumstances. While I understand that every company has policies, customer experience should matter just as much.

The platform may work well for some users, but if you encounter an issue that requires real support, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I paid for a service that never delivered the value I reasonably expected, and the support experience ultimately drove me away from the platform.

I hope 10Web takes customer feedback seriously and improves the way complex support cases are handled.

They are doing a great job

They are doing a great job, everyday improving the services and quality of their support.
It's more than 4 years, I'm working with them and even there was a time I felt frustration but they were patient and they tried to come up with the best solution.

10Web has made the process of building a wordpress website with AI more easily doable and have great prompt customer support to help you through any glitches. Plus their prices are more than reasonable.

As a hosting company

As a hosting company, we signed up for a one month trial knowing that there is a 7 day trial, paid $20, checked it out and decided not to continue. We sent two emails to 10web.io for a refund and there was no reply.

Fatima of 10 WEB is so helpful! She responds immediately with zero downtime for the anser (if she can help it)! Love the tool and the staff at 10 Web....amazing business as i can't afford a $5000 WP web but now I can when i put up $30/mth :)
