rear light camera
Purchased a rear light camera. No fault of bikable but the first and second product were defective. Bikable were professional and communicative during the process of returning the item. Third delivery worked fine and I would use bikable in the future.

Review of Halfords Retail
Do not get your bike built
Purchased a bike from Halfords Ireland. Staff on all visits were rude. Had the bike built. All fittings were loose and the bell did not work. Complained via the web portal. Was informed that the store had contacted me to discuss the issue. They had not. Asked on 3 occasions to confirm how they contacted me and all requests have been ignored. Never had such an unpleasant retail experience in my life. No customer care whatsoever. It appears this and other review sites are all I have for redress. Avoid if you can get the same or similar bike elsewhere.

Do not buy these as personal gifts
Quite simply, the app does not work consistently. Trying customer service will only infuriate you further. Reps reading off a script and still give inconsistent advise. Do not buy these as personal gift cards, you WILL be disappointed. I have a case number and nobody had contacted me.
UPDATED. THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE. YOU DID CONTACT ME BUT DID NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I HAVE ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ON 3 OCCASIONS AND HAVE 3 CASE NUMBERS AND HAVE NOT BEEN CALLED BACK. I'M NOW GOING TO DOCUMENT THIS SO OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE THE SAME DREADFULL EXPERIENCE AS ME
