LinkIntel is operated by DevRel Bridge Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15979110), whose registered office is at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean DevRel Bridge Ltd, and “you” means the person who signs up for the service.
By signing up for or using LinkIntel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.
LinkIntel is a read-only service that helps you decide what to write next. It reads how posts you have already published on your own accounts performed, stores public posts you explicitly choose as references, and assembles the two into a content brief. It is delivered as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, so the AI assistant you already write with can request that brief and use it while drafting.
LinkIntel does not write or publish anything for you, on any platform. It cannot post, comment, react, message or follow on your behalf. A brief describes posts that have already been published; it is not a prediction of how anything you write will perform, and nothing in it should be read as one.
The service starts with X. You can connect your own X account so LinkIntel can read the performance of your own posts, and you can ask your assistant to store a small number of public X posts as references. Reference lookups are covered by your subscription and are not charged for separately. They are provided on a fair-use basis, subject to the daily and monthly limits described in section 6.
Customers who connected LinkedIn analytics before LinkIntel moved to X keep it as a separate optional source. LinkedIn is not available to new customers yet. Where it is connected, LinkIntel reads those metrics through LinkedIn’s official Member Post Analytics API, using a single read-only permission, r_member_postAnalytics, that you grant on LinkedIn’s own consent screen. It cannot read your feed, your messages, your connections, anybody else’s posts, or any LinkedIn Page. To attribute those metrics to the right post, LinkIntel needs to know which posts are yours: you can supply that list by connecting a scheduling tool you already use (Typefully or Postiz), by pointing any other tool at a webhook we give you, or by giving us the creator analytics file that LinkedIn lets you export. This is described in the privacy policy.
The platform APIs we depend on limit how much we can collect and look up each day, so the number of customers we can serve is genuinely finite. If we are full, we will refuse the signup before taking any money rather than accept you and deliver a degraded service.
When using LinkIntel, you agree not to:
Reference lookups are fair use. Each one costs us money at X, so every account can look up at most 100 public posts a day and 1,000 a month, which is well above what writing for your own audience needs. We may change these limits to reflect what the platforms charge us. If an account’s lookups go well beyond writing for its own audience, for example collecting posts in bulk, we may slow or pause lookups for that account, and where we can we will tell you first. Lookups may also pause for every customer for the rest of a day if our overall daily allowance runs out; they resume the next day and nothing is charged.
If you find a security problem, please email us at support@getlinkintel.com before disclosing it. We will not pursue you for reporting something you found in good faith on your own account.
LinkIntel is built on APIs that X and LinkedIn own and control. Either of them can change the metrics it exposes, change the terms of access, reduce our allowance, or withdraw access altogether, and can do so without notice to us. If that happens, parts of LinkIntel may stop working or the service may have to end. We will tell you as soon as we can, and if we can no longer provide the service at all, we will refund the unused part of the month you have paid for.
You can revoke LinkIntel’s access yourself at any time: for X, under connected apps in your X account settings, and for LinkedIn, from LinkedIn’s permitted services settings. Doing that stops LinkIntel collecting anything further from that platform, and the product stops being able to show you current numbers for it. References you have already stored are unaffected, and you can remove those from your account page.
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: your metrics are visible only to you, we never sell or share them, and we never use them to train models. To have stored metrics deleted, email support@getlinkintel.com and we will delete them within 30 days of your request.
Your posts and the metrics attached to them are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so far as we need to in order to provide the service to you, and that permission ends when your account does.
LinkIntel itself, meaning the software, the MCP tools, the interface, the documentation and the branding, remains ours. Nothing in these terms transfers it to you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your subscription is active.
We aim to keep LinkIntel available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and we offer no uptime commitment. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, during an outage at one of our providers, or when a platform’s own API is unavailable or rate limited. Numbers are reported as the platform reports them, and LinkIntel tells you how fresh they are, and how large a sample they came from, rather than presenting a partial picture as a complete one.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer, if you are one, are unaffected.
Subject to that:
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, so that you can cancel if you do not accept it. Continuing to use LinkIntel after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of LinkIntel, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your own country, and you may bring proceedings there.
