Honestly this website is amazing not only do they have excellent bags which are made of the highest standard, but their customer service is brilliant, they are on hand every step of the way, even sending out videos of order just before posting. I had a great experience! I ordered 3 bags & a wallet. I got my first 2 bags & wallet in the time frame I was given, & they were beautiful & great quality! My 3rd bag was delayed, but after reaching out to customer service they quickly replied & immediately offered a solution. The quality of the bags & the customer service were top notch for me! I'll already referred 2 friends, & will be ordering again soon.

Video of item purchased and tracking is good. However if you have a faulty piece as I have despite sending photographs twice now and after receiving a very apologetic message I still have not received a replacement or a refund. I raised this complaint nearly three weeks ago.

Same experience as previous review, sent a QC video with the zipper clearly broken. She tried to hide it in the video. I have emailed them several times with no response will file a complaint with my CC. Buyer beware!

3 bags and 1 on the way, and the quality had been as described and better! I love the options and the QC videos ahead of the shipment! Can’t wait to see my 4th bag!

Gorchic has lovely purses. However, their hardware is not quality. I ordered two purses one being a Hermes Benton and the other Chanel. Both came relatively quickly and were likely packaged in the boxes I ordered.

Then I opened them up, as I started to take off the protective wrapping thats when I started to notice discoloration on the hardware.. not a little alot. That was on the Hermes bag. Then I looked at the Chanel. Tried it on and then went to open it and there is a protrusion in the metal that literally scratches you when trying to open it.

I reached out to Gorchic whom have been responding very quickly but VERY poorly
First on ther Hermes bag they tell me it's sticky glue from when I took off the adhesive protective cover. I assured them I washed it, sent more pictures. It is a fault in the hardware. They agreed to replace it.

Now the Chanel bag apparently its completely normal and OK to have hardware that cut scratch and catches on things. They told me to sand it down. To which I responded woukd wreck the hardware itself. They have out right refused to replace the bag and used the excuse that they are a small business that can't afford the margin loss.

Very poor experience from them and very unsatisfied with their quality in hardware and 2 weeks worth of excuses as to why thet couldn't make this right by taking he beans new bags back changing the hard ware snd reselling them. Makes absolutely no sense and is poor customer service.

Don't expect amazing ladies. Expect ok.. and thats the standard they portray.

My Speedy 30 is absolutely beautiful so pleased with it , This is the first time I have ordered from the company and it certainly won't be the last,

Fast shipping and great Customer service, have ordered multiple times and they never disappoint. Absolutely love everything i have received.

They DO NOT box their bags , i received mine damaged, folded and creased on all sides as it was sent folded in a plastic bag! Customer service is non existent, they eventually, after weeks of emails, told me i would have to pay for delivery costs to replace the bag $80 extra for it to be sent in a box!) and extra costs per bag selection! They are now ignoring my email request for a refund. Zero satisfaction guarantee even though that is what they promise on their website. From all the online designer bag dupe companies, Gorchic has the smallest bag selection and lowest quality bags! Their 'service' is non existent and they send different, free bags to their influencers!! No bag is real leather even if it states so in the description !! Do NOT buy from theses liers they are scammers!!

Bought two bags, and both arrived with scratches and black marks on the hardware logos. Disappointed with the condition, but customer service was excellent.

I had ordered a maxi Gucci tote bag and on 2 separate occasions they have sent me a smaller version! I explained the situation and they said they wanted to replace the bag rather than refund me. I gave them a chance to rectify this and they have made the same mistake again! I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with them now!

This company is amazing I have purchased many items bags watches and sunglasses. The quality is of a very high standard and shipping is fast. I will continue to purchase A*****x
