I keep on coming back to this store as giving me satisfaction. Less money excellent bags..,look genuine Very satisfied.

They sent a good pic of the bag and then fold it up like a $5 gym bag and crease it and sent it damaged. Then wanted to charge me $80 shipping for a replacement and $50 for proper packaging. RUN!! Other retailers include the box for the same price

The bags are different from how they appear in the photos.

Terrible customer service, I have gone back and forth with them to try return 2 Gucci bags and they keep giving me the run around. Offering me 20-30% refund and keep the bag. The quality is poor and the bags have a very bad strong plastic smell even though they claim to be leather.

My bags have always been beautiful. Well made. Packaging and dust covers were a great bonus.

I feel the need to give a full, five star review to integrity bags. To be honest, I’m quite shocked that they currently only have three stars.

I have been a customer for about three years now, and have spent thousands of dollars. I also own genuine bags, and depending on your choices, which can take some common sense… I feel like integrity bags and the quality of their product is five star.

When purchasing their product, you should know that the quality is not going to be 10 out of 10 because it’s not a genuine bag. If you want a genuine bag go directly to that specific website & spend 10 x’s more for ONE BAG!! If you want a 10 out of 10 dupe, I highly recommend integrity bags.

I was so apprehensive about shopping from here as it was an advertisement on Facebook. But, I did and I love my bag. The site was easy to order and my package arrived in about a week. I will order again!

Quality merchandise with excellent customer service. If something is wrong, they make it right. I've made several purchases and have been pleased every time.

My LV type bag arrived with only a short delay. The workmanship is excellent and the materials are high quality. The hardware on the bag is great and everything looks as it should in terms of LV stamping. My only quibble is that the chain feels a bit less substantial than it should. No, it’s not a real LV but it’s a really sweet bag that I just love and it does not look like a cheap knockoff.

I am beginning to think it is a Scam. My bag has been in Customs review for day AND this is the 2nd time this happened to me. They original one I ordered on 3/8 had been held for days as well so they sent another one, once again here I am with it stuck… not sure what to do.

I ordered from Integrity Bags and received a completely different bag than what was advertised — wrong colors, cheap quality, and looks very fake.

Their process feels like a trap:

They send constant emails to seem helpful
Then sneak in a “shipped” email showing a different product
When you try to cancel immediately, they ignore you

After that, they:

Refuse refunds
Push exchanges instead
Demand $60+ international return shipping

This is clearly designed to make you give up and keep the item.

I had to dispute the charge.
Do not buy from this company — it’s misleading and deceptive.

1 Star – Misleading, deceptive, and impossible to resolve

My experience with Integrity Bags has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like a scam.

The item I received was completely different from what was shown online — different color, poor material, and very low quality. It looks nothing like the advertised product.

Here’s how their system works:

They send frequent emails pretending to provide attentive customer service. Then suddenly, within those emails, they send a “your item has shipped” notice — including an image of a completely different product.

I responded immediately to stop the shipment and pointed out the discrepancy with proof. They ignored it.

Once shipped, they claim it’s “too late.”

From there:

They push you to keep the item
Offer discounted exchanges
Refuse proper refunds
Require expensive international return shipping (~$60)

This creates a situation where returning the item isn’t worth it — which is clearly intentional.

Despite reaching out multiple times, I received no real resolution and was forced to dispute the charge with my bank.

This is not just poor service — it’s a manipulative system designed to mislead customers.

Avoid this company completely.

First, I want to say this is a REAL review. I ordered a LV
speedy bag. And I must say while I know these are not authentic LV bags, they are extremly well made, at least the one I got! Leather and no plastic. Stiching was done correctly, just a well made purse for a reasonable price. If you expect it to be eactly like an original LV then U wont like it. BUT, if you like excellent workmanship and quality then you will love these bags. All the glamour without the ridic prices. I have a REAL LV which I do use. But for daily wear, what I purchased is just perfect. Just purchased another bag!

I have learned after many purchases from this seller you have to be patient. Recently they’ve been sending frequent updates, which is nice. They ALWAYS come through and my purchases have been worth the wait!!!

Integrity bags are knockoffs, they are NOT the original designer bags they are falsely advertising on their site. Beware because they will take your money and issue fake tracking and shipping data to Customs and Border authorities and to USPS. It's a total scam and ripoff.
