Purchased an item from Oakjuri. The quality of the product is very high and I’m impressed. There was a small defect with the dial on the watch and I reached out to the service team who responded within a day and offered to exchange the item. Very quick customer service. Great experience! Regardless of the small blemish (this can happen) it’s a very great quality watch!

This company is a scam. They told me they were going out of business and took my money. They list a NY address but the alleged "refund" that never happened was in HKD. No phone number to call. This was in May/June 2026. They are still operating, updating their website, posting new ads, likely scamming others. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM! I imagine any positive reviews are from influencers paid to post.

Ordered a love bangle from them and the quality was very good. Even came in the branded box. I was provided with a Q/C video before shipping and took a few days to arrive. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

I have been told twice that I will only receive a refund for two defective watches if I remove my Trustpilot reviews. I graciously replied twice and said once I was provided with some proof the refund was being processed I would delete the two posts. Seems that the offer of a refund was only an attempt to get me to take down the two previous posts because we are back to the customer service department not replying to emails and not providing any proof that a refund is being processed. The quality of the watches is not only completely defective but the customer services is appalling. I have been patient and cooperative and way too trusting that any appropriate customer service and action would be taken. They take the money but do nothing when their product is defective and a refund is requested. Do not buy any watches from this company.
