My experience with this company
I ordered a pair of birkingstock from the website. I added my Italian address, paid €7 delivery. They decided to use the most unreliable delivery company, Poste Italiane. If they don't feel like sending you a package, they won't. If it's summer, good luck getting your package.
Now, I have messaged Esdemarca and I have them details of the address, where the house is, how to find it on Google maps , they were nice and they did try to fix the issue.
Thought, the post decided to send it back to them anyway.
I got my refund, and to my surprise €13 we're missing.
I understand that I won't get the €7 for the delivery, but to be charged for a refund that I never made and they clearly know this, it's a bit shocking.
I messaged them and they're response was that it's their policy.
So, basically I got charged €13 for browsing their website.

I'd like to be proven wrong, but I've read some of the reviews and I'm inclined to concur with some of the comments written here. I received my order a few days ago. I tried on the sandals and neither fit, so I went through the returns process online. However, I'm awaiting further instructions on where to get the returns label from and where I take the items. I've emailed the company twice, with no response. As I said, I'd like to be proven wrong. But if I don't hear back, I will be contacting my credit card company and getting them to deal with it!

Great customer service.
I placed an order that was meant to be…
I placed an order that was meant to be delivered to my work address but the courier have never tried to deliver it and instead they took it to a pick up point far from my place. I have a video intercom that calls my phone whenever someone rings the buzzer and also records a footage of everyone who rings. I can easily prove that the courier didn't attempt to deliver the packet despite their claims, and after reporting this to the store they told me that they would contact the delivery company to request a proper delivery but they never did and the packet ended up getting returned. They've discounted 6€ from my refund as if it was my fault that the courier have never even attempted to deliver the packet and it was taken to a far place where I couldn't go to pick it up due to health issues. Never again!!

Don't order anything you may need to return
This online store has a great range of products and the purchasing process is very good, but don't order anything you may need to return. The returns process is atrocious. I needed to return two pairs of sandals and the only option was to drop them off at a delivery office that is miles away and only open from 8-10am. I have mobility issues and prefer collection, but to do this would have cost £11 each, plus unknown customs costs since this company is in Spain. The online returns form is also very unclear and I had to contact the company when I couldn't make it work. It's a great shame as I won't be able to use this store again while this returns process is in place.

They don't answer your emails
I bought a pair of shoes. The brand is Carmela. The heels of the two shoes broke less than six months later. I wrote to Esdemarca. No answer. I wrote to Carmela, they sent me back to Esdemarca. I wrote three time to Esdemarca. A month and a half later I am still waiting.

Ordered Birkenstock sandals
Ordered Birkenstock sandals, came in wrong size, but marked from factory at right size. Asked for a change to the right size. Rejected from customers service. Many emails later, Esdemarca promised to collect the wrongly marked sandals and return the payment for the sandal, but not for shipping. The promise was made four times with different dates within six weeks given for a return-pick up, but there never was any pick up. And never any return of payment. Never experienced this kind of customers "service" from any other internet-shops (will not define this as any kind of service as they in result was not giving any kind of service other than wrong information), and will never buy anything from this company again.

I first bought a pair of shoes from Esdemarca a year ago. Was very pleased with them. This year I bought another pair. When they arrived they looked totaly different to the picture on the Internet. I did not even try them on as they were different to the picture and colour was different. Returned them and only received a refund of £66.09 but the shoes cost £78.64. Please avoid this company unless you want to loose money. In answer to Esdemarca's reply to my review. I have contacted your customer care team and they insist the money you have deducted was for p&p. The shoes you sent me did not match the photo of the shoes I ordered.

Very happy customer
As a skeptical buyer, due to some of the reviews online I wasn’t really sure what to expect at first. However, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Esdemarca.
Esdemarca had my parcel packed and shipped out of their warehouse within 24 hours, so they clearly handled their side very efficiently. I think a common misconception is that because delivery can sometimes take longer, Esdemarca are responsible for the delays, when in reality that’s often just the downside of importing goods into the UK.
Personally, waiting an extra few days for premium quality brands at significantly lower prices was absolutely worth it. If you need something immediately, then paying higher prices from a UK retailer may make more sense. But if you don’t mind waiting — in my case only 6 days for delivery — then Esdemarca is a fantastic option. Everything arrived exactly as described, well packaged, and in perfect condition. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Now I would like to post an update. Esdemarca kindly refunded my jacket in full after receiving the item in their warehouse outside UK (that’s why it took few weeks) and now I am extremely happy with their customer service. I strongly recommend Esdemarca.

Avoid Esmerada at all costs
I am writing this to warn potential customers: stay far away from Esmerada. This company is running a scam regarding package deliveries.
I placed an order and never received my package. When I contacted their customer support, they simply claimed the package had been stolen during transit and had the audacity to blame me for the situation. I have lost €170, and they are refusing to take any responsibility or offer a refund.
Instead, they told me that I have to resolve the issue with the shipping carrier. This is completely unacceptable, as I have no direct contact or contract with their chosen shipping company—they do! It is a clear "pass the buck" tactic to keep your money and avoid accountability.
After checking online, I’ve realized that I am not the only one who has been targeted by this scam. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Save your money and buy from a legitimate, trustworthy company.

If you want to be scamed and lose your money esdemarca is the place to be.
I never received my order and I never received answers to the mails I sent. I hope you will proceed with my reinbursement as soon as possible.
In the meantime I strongly recommend not to buy anything from this company. They are definitely not trust worthed and I am afraid I simply lost my money here.
