192 days of lies, silence, and excuses - Dressinn stole my money
I have been waiting for my refund for 192 days. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Here are the facts:
1. My parcel was returned to the sender in February 2026. Dressinn's own website shows "Return completed" - but I have received NO refund.
2. I sent 30+ emails. No proper response. Just auto-replies and template messages. They completely ignored me.
3. I used the Message Box on their website. They stopped replying and eventually blocked me from sending messages.
4. I tried calling their customer service number. It is impossible to reach anyone.
5. Dressinn then closed my return request without refunding me. They closed it and walked away.
6. Their employees lied to me. They said "your refund was processed on January 7, 2026". I checked with my bank. NOTHING. Only $1.57 was received.
This is not a mistake. This is dishonest behavior.
There is something seriously wrong with their return process. They refuse to contact their shipping partner (Spring GDS / PostNL). They refuse to investigate. They refuse to be honest.
192 days. No refund. No accountability. No respect.
I have all the evidence - emails, tracking screenshots, bank statements, and screenshots showing "Return completed" on their own system.
If you are considering buying from Dressinn, please think twice. If something goes wrong, they will not help you. They will ignore you, lie to you, and keep your money.

Very disappointed at Dressinn. I purchased clothes on 15.09.2025 with order number 62058647. Until today I have not received my order. They told me there were some delivery issues repeatedly every time I contacted them. I asked them to refund me if they couldn’t sort the issues out, they did not. And now they’re not even responding to my emails. My money is gone and I have nothing to show for it
