The folks at WorldPressIT have been nothing but TERRIFIC in many ways:
1) WorldClass CUSTOMER SUPPORT - they have eloquently and promptly answered *all* my inquiries - often within minutes
2) Their products/services have *always* been as expected/promised
3) Their pricing is outstanding, offering EXCELLENT VALUE for minimum price - a true deal!

I can't recall a situation when they didn't promptly and in great detail address *any* question I asked!

These gentle folks are the *real thing* - i.e. giving you PLENTY OF BANG FOR THE BUCK, and if you need them, they are there for you 100%!

The products being sold are ok most of the time, but the customer service is often unhelpful and very rude.

I purchased a website subscription from this provider and used their Elementor Pro plugin on three of my websites. Unfortunately, the plugin appears to be infected with malware. As a result, casino and gambling-related spam posts were automatically generated across all three websites. It also created suspicious files and folders, which significantly slowed down my sites.

This issue caused major damage to my websites. Google indexed many of these spam pages, which negatively affected my SEO performance and search rankings. Because of this malware infection, my websites experienced a substantial loss in visibility and organic traffic.

The biggest problem I faced was that all three websites were compromised after using this Elementor Pro plugin.

They are really friendly and helpful people. I always had a positive experience contacting them. They helped me to speed up my site and have access to various plugins I need. I recommend them to anyone.

Used to be great, but the site seems to have been abandoned by its owners. Plugins are now way out of date and not being updated, and emails are being routinely ignored.

No problems with still charging $3.99 for unlimited updates though!

I can only assume that WordPressIT has gone out of business but still keeps the website online to try to get a bit of cash out of it. Such a shame as it was a great resource.

I’ve noticed a sharp decline in service recently. I am still waiting for updates on some plugins and themes, and despite several months of waiting, nothing has been released. Every support ticket is met with the same script about updates being 'in the works'. If you rely on keeping your site’s core tools current, this is no longer a dependable source.

I purchased the Gladiator lifetime plan and have been using the plugins across multiple WordPress websites. For my work, it’s important that tools just work without issues, and so far that has been the case.

What I like most is having access to a wide range of premium plugins without needing to buy separate licenses for each one. If you manage multiple projects, this can save a significant amount of money.

The plugins I’ve used install easily and run stable. I haven’t experienced any major bugs or conflicts so far, which is not always guaranteed with platforms like this.

I got an email from wordpress-it inviting me to review my order since they need help with reviews (which are apparently being removed for no reason), and I think why not. I paid $4.99 for WP Courseware LMS plugin, I didn't think it would work well since their price is much lower than normal, but my team installed it and we have no issues, so I am pleasently surprised. I can only recommend this site for any wordpress usage and will keep getting my items from for sure.

I bought Jannah theme from them with the lifetime updates and so far I am happy. I needed some help installing the theme but it wasn't too hard, demo imports have to be made manually. Big saver of money

They used to be good, but recently they haven’t been keeping up with updates for popular plugins and themes. I’m now changing my rating to 5 stars since they politely warned me with the horrible warning reply below. :) Still, they’re doing a big job by providing thousands of items at affordable prices, even though updates for some popular items can sometimes be delayed for months. Anyway, they’re still the best in their field.

Had a massive problem after my domain was banned due to a false reading temporarily stating my domain was a "phishing site." Everything thereafter meant my site was verd hard to restore even after being whitelisted by UK domain authorities. Patrick's team was excellent. They tried and tried and ever gave up. They rescued and restored my domain even though the problem was not caused by WorldPressIT.com

The assistant is not respectful at all, i did buy a theme from theme after the theme doesnot work i demand to find a solution with please they say do not expect a priority support for a mere $4.

If you are looking for a reliable source for premium WordPress themes and plugins, stay far away from WorldPressIT.com. I am writing this to warn other developers and business owners so you don’t fall into the same trap I did.

1. They Sell Dangerously Outdated Software
The biggest issue with this site is that they do not maintain the products they sell. For example, I purchased the Streamvid theme from them over a year ago. When I bought it in February 2025, they were providing version 6.2.2.

A full year has passed, and despite the developers of the theme releasing numerous updates up to the current version 6.9.5, WorldPressIT has failed to update the file on their server. They are essentially selling "dead" software that lacks new features, bug fixes, and—most importantly—security patches.

2. It Cost Me My Professional Reputation
Using WorldPressIT didn't just cost me the price of the theme; it cost me my business. Because they failed to provide the latest version, the website I built for a client became unstable and lacked the necessary updates to function correctly.

I lost a major client because of this. In the professional world, "GPL" or "discounted" sites are only useful if the files are kept current. Because WorldPressIT is lazy with their updates, I looked unprofessional and incompetent to my client.

3. The "Cheap" Price is a Trap
At first, I thought I was being smart and saving money by purchasing through them. The reality is that I lost everything. I lost the money I paid for the theme, I lost the income from the project, and I lost a long-term client relationship.

Don’t be a victim like me. It might look like a bargain, but you are gambling with your business. If you care about your clients or your own website's security, buy directly from the original developers or use a reputable provider that actually updates their repository.

Avoid WorldPressIT at all costs. It is not worth the risk.

Excellent support every time I need something. The best source to get premium plugins. I like to support original developers too by buying the plugins for them, but anytime I'm not sure whether something is worth it, I turn to WorldPressIT. I'm absolutely satisfied with everything.
