There appears to be a misunderstanding regarding our download limitations. Our system has two separate types of restrictions:

1. **Daily Membership Download Quota** – This is based on your membership plan. For example, Lifetime Membership allows up to 20 product downloads per day.

2. **Per-Product Download Attempt Limit** – Each individual product has a maximum number of download attempts (typically 5 clicks) to prevent abuse, excessive server load, and automated downloading. This limit applies only to a specific product and does not affect your overall daily quota. For example, if Product A fails to download and you click it repeatedly more than the allowed number of times, that particular product may become temporarily restricted, but you can still download other products within your daily membership quota.

Regarding the issue where an .html file was downloaded instead of the actual product file, our support team requested additional details to investigate the problem, but unfortunately, we did not receive the requested information. In most cases, this issue is related to browser settings, security software, cache/CDN conflicts, expired sessions, or temporary network issues rather than the product itself.

We have already responded to your support request and remain fully committed to resolving any genuine technical issue. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we are always happy to investigate and assist.
