Awful support

Awful support. They should have live support. It's not a user friendly platform and it is so difficult to get issues resolved. I have been trying to fix my business email for weeks. I'm in the process of switching to Go Daddy and Wordpress.

My account has been locked out

My account has been locked out , I am not able to login to my account also my domain is expired , square space has not been able to either restore my domain or help me login to my square space account, which should be a 2 mins thing it has taken 3 days now , still no update from them despite spending hours with their chat support and email support team, very bad experience and a faulty product which has a broken process.

Response was specific and useful

I loved that she listened to my issue and replied specifically to it rather than sending me a standard response with the basics. I am a long-time user of Acuity and haven't needed the basics for years. Even though we are still working on the issue, she has treated me like the experienced used that I am. She is working with me, not to get rid of me. :)

The escalation Team is Poor but The chat support Team are nice.

The chat support Team are nice and really professional, i really appreciate their help and communication.

My main frustration is that i am loosing customer since my ticket is landing in you Queue with no updates at the same time since Friday i am not able to colllect payments. That's frustrating and from the informations i have , no one know when it can be resolved , so i can stay like this for a month or a year no one care about my business being down and at the end of the Year you will just collect your money easily.
I never though about a backup sulution cause i always believe that can never hapen with a great company like yours, but at the end of the day just one like other nothing special.

Many thanks again for the customer service chat they did a great job anytime i reached to them

The initial support representative did…

The initial support representative did what they could but it was ultimately an issue that had to be escalated. I ended up registering my domains with another provider. It is a bit ridiculous that a domain provider doesn’t have an iron clad process for meeting the requirements for registering a .ca domain.

Forced Google Domains migration ruined…

Forced Google Domains migration ruined a simple service.Finding the payment mechanism to renew my three domains was a frustrating, 5-minute battle inside a terrible interface. Charging $20/year for "ease of use" that doesn't exist is unacceptable—I am turning off auto-renew and leaving next year.
