I really enjoyed browsing in store today. Andrew was very welcoming and helpful explaining the ethos and how they verify items. There were so many beautiful things. I hope to bring some unused items to give them a new life and update my own bag collection soon.

this company is just fantastic. They keep in touch when you order but don't over kill, the parcel arrived the following day. The only critisum, is you MUST sort out the delivery company as these are high end product and they left this by my bin at the front of my house which is on the street.

Came in store Birmingham to part ways with some surplus items I had and the customer service was fantastic. Andrew helped me through the process and talked me through everything great. Would recommend. They have a great choice of items in store for people to purchase too.
