The problem is that I received two left…

The problem is that I received two left sneakers. I live in Costa Rica; whenever I make a purchase, everything is sent to my mailbox in Miami, and from there, the items are brought to me.Ahora tengo que pagar el envio nuevamente para Miami y me sale en el doble del costo y esperar a que me reintegren el dinero de la compra.

I got a pair of Golden goose shoes one…

I recently contacted customer support because the outsole of my luxury shoes broke after being worn fewer than 15 times. I was very disappointed with the product, but I was truly impressed by the customer service I received.

Best Quality!

Burberry highland medium bag

The Burberry highland tote bag I purchased isn’t worth the CAD $1,700+ price tag. The quality feels flimsy and not durable at all. It’s surprisingly lightweight and doesn’t feel like a premium luxury bag. I regret spending so much on it.

Unfortunately, it can’t even support the weight of a 10-inch laptop without feeling strained, which makes it impractical for everyday use. Overall, it feels cheaply made and doesn’t meet the quality I expected for a bag in this price range.

Stuck in Customs, Zero Communication, No Resolution

I had a terrible experience with Farfetch and won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered a Frederique Constant Classics watch because the price was better than what local authorized dealers were offering. The estimated delivery was July 6–8, but the shipment has been stuck in customs since July 3 according to the tracking information.

The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. Farfetch never proactively updated me. I called customer service four different times, and every time I was told, "It should clear customs in a day." Nothing changed, and no one could provide a real update or solution.

Today I finally called to cancel the order. I was told they can only process the cancellation after the package is returned, meaning I'm still left waiting because of an issue that wasn't my fault.

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my son, and because of Farfetch's poor handling of the order, his birthday has now come and gone without the gift.

Overall, this has been a huge waste of time and a very disappointing customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend buying from Farfetch, especially if your purchase is time-sensitive. I also plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company if this is not resolved promptly.

Never received my refund

I had ordered a dress that was almost 400 dollars, and the company received their merchandise untouched, yet I never received my refund. I called them after giving them over 30 days to live up to their end of the bargain, and I'm still waiting on my refund. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company.

I returned an order to Farfetch on 23rd…

I returned an order to Farfetch on 23rd May. I have proof of drop-off and provided this confirmation to Farfetch when the return "went missing" on their end.
Despite this, Farfetch lost track of my return and, even after confirming on 17th June that I would be refunded, I still had no refund as of 13th July almost two months after the return was dropped off.
I've provided all the evidence they've asked for, including the drop-off receipt, and I'm still chasing them for money. Customer service has been slow and unhelpful, and I've had to follow up repeatedly for a resolution that was supposedly already agreed.
I would be very cautious about ordering from Farfetch given how difficult it has been to get a refund for a return they admit was made. Currently considering a chargeback through my bank as this has dragged on far too long.

STILL TERRIBLE SERVICE/TOTALLY LOST FOR WORDS

I left a review on trust pilot 5 days ago to make people aware of the numerous issues I’ve experienced with Farfetch and their subsequent total lack of service and customer care.

They replied to that review on the trust-pilot website the following day to say “Terribly sorry etc. someone is looking into it etc”. It is now, however, a further 4 days down the line and still nobody from their business has contacted me to even confirm receipt of the original email I sent them around a week ago (please refer to my previous review for detail of the numerous issues I’ve experienced).

I really do not understand how a business like Farfetch can treat their customers in the way that they do. They offer some good deals on their website but the lack of customer service once they have your money makes it not worthwhile, so think twice before using them. To say I am beyond words would be an understatement.
