I reached out to the NewCastle location and spoke to Elisha about a ring I was interested in and she ask me to communicate through WhatsApp which was extremely helpful. I have to say my experience with Elisha, Yasmin and Jay was faultless they answered all of my questions quickly in a professional manner and I’m now waiting to receive my new ring, I can’t recommend them enough. I asked lots of questions and they always got back to me quickly nothing was too much trouble for them, Thanks again for the great experience and I will definitely do more shopping with all of you in the future.
