GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE
After initial out of stock issue, Josh went above and beyond to get a satisfactory resolution and got chosen racquet out to use overnight.
Really appreciated the customer service and interaction to turn something which could have been a potential problem into a positive outcome.

You can tell a lot about a business from how they handle problems and Racketworld most certainly get my vote. A pair of tennis shoes were delivered but both were left feet. The error was the manufacturer’s but when I reported to Racketworld, they sent a right shoe within 2 days and arranged for the unwanted left shoe to be picked up. Very polite, really prompt and the shoes are fabulous. Thank you Jo and Racketworld. Highly recommend!

I ordered online on the 22nd of June and just received today! At first I was wondering about how long would it take as the estimated delivery time on the website wasn’t clear to me, so I reached out via Instagram and received the replied on DM real quick! This is my very first racket so it’s means a lot to me! Thank you very much again for your kind support, truly appreciated! :))

Ordered a £100 racket last week, took a few days to arrive which was fine and it did arrive, Royal Mail delivered it and a picture was taken of it outside our house - no signature. The outside of our house is on the main street with many people walking past every day, our front door is 6 feet from the pavement. We have a back door and a drive and 2 green bins they could have left it at but instead they left it there and 5 hours later when I arrived home it's gone!. I reported this and now 7 days later no reply as to what's going on after chasing twice. Horrible feeling now I'll never see my racket or my money again!

UPDATE - Reply from Racketworld once review has been published. On checkout their page lists no information regarding non signed for service - only a free delivery service.

Think twice before buying Racquetworld.

Stay away from this company.

They sell products online but then make returns extremely difficult, even when the item is in perfect conditions but opened .How am I supposed to check a product of this nature I buy online if I can’t even take it out of the bag without risking problems with a return?
They rejected the return, and on top of that applied restocking fees and deductions that made the refund almost worthless.

They do not seem to respect customer rights, and their terms and conditions are overly strict for an online retailer. They completely fail to take into consideration the expectations that come with selling online.
In truth, they don’t even bother to respond properly when customers raise concerns, often replying with arguments that only work against the customer’s position rather than trying to resolve the issue fairly.
I would definitely recommend buying from another company instead.
On top of that, the treatment I received over the phone from Joe was very poor and unkind.

Went to the shop in Dudley although most of their sales are on line. Good range of products on display for all racquet sports. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and happy to give advice. Competitive prices. Recommend
