Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience. The website promised delivery between July 2-july 9, but after weeks of waiting I was suddenly told my order may not arrive until August – an unacceptable one-month delay with no proper explanation. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and provided only generic responses.

To make matters worse, the return shipping cost was so high (around 70% of the shoe price) that I was forced to buy a second pair instead of returning the first one. Now I'm still waiting for the replacement to arrive.

Poor communication, misleading delivery estimates, and expensive returns make this a frustrating shopping experience. I cannot recommend buying from Dressin.

Item was never delivered

Item was never delivered, it had to be returned to Tradeinn by the courier because the address label was mis-printed.
I requested a refund but this never happened, despite 10+ emails and copies of tracker history. In the end I made a complaint to PayPal who refunded without question.
Worst customer service I have ever had to deal with.

First time I’ve used this company

First time I’ve used this company and found web site easy to use. The shoes I bought were cheaper overall(inc delivery) than other sites and the whole order and delivery process worked well. Not reached the payment stage yet so cannot comment further.

I ordered a pair of uggs slippers

I ordered a pair of uggs slippers, only i recieved these slippers not in a original uggs box but in a refurbished box the bottom of the sole was dirty no tags at all, got the feeling that they have been walked in , due to this experience i would'nt order here again.
