Awesome customer service.. explain in detail how to fix my steamer over the phone ship the part out the same day .. shipping was super fast i live in California and I received my part in 4 days from new Jersey. The steam might cost more then others but with customer service like this its worth every penny.

I wanted a home steamer to clean the bathroom grout. After much research, I learned about the many uses of a steamer and the range of products. I was impressed with the Chief videos and decided to purchase a Chief 75. It was a higher than I planned on paying but being stainless steel, I feel it will last longer. It certainly has more power and that's a good thing. Still trying to figure out all that I can clean but I am very happy overall with my purchase.

The machine seems well made and is great for cleaning. The main reason I went with Chief Steamer was because of the owner, Kevin. If the unit breaks, he will work with you over the phone to troubleshoot and send parts to repair. He knows his machines inside and out. They are built to be serviceable and repairable. I enjoy watching the steam cleaner melt crud away. The unit can’t be beat for household deep cleaning…

This is my 4th Steamer from Chief Steamer. Started with the 100psi, got a 75 psi for a team member & it now stays in the house for cleaning as needed. Got the 120 psi with the two larger tanks & recently bought the 120 mini for a 2nd Detail Tech.
They have all worked great! Customer support is always top notch too. Happy I made that purchase so many years ago!

I got my Chief Steamer much more quickly than I had anticipated. It was on backorder and I got it within 2 weeks I was pleasantly surprised. Chief steamer's Communication is also amazing. My steamer was beautifully packaged so it showed up in pristine condition. The components are very vell made, durable and the PSI to temperature ratio is the absolute best for its price. This Chief Steamer is the best in its class.

Prompt excellent professional

It's the gold standard in portable steamers for mobile detailers. It's been fantastic. Now, everyone wants to stem the door cards. Love it.

It wasn’t a long wait at all to get my machine. It came out of the box nearly ready to use. All I had to do was connect the hose and my preferred attachment and it was off to the races. Consistent pressure and cleaning power to the point that it has cut my work time by a noticeable amount. Absolutely no regrets about getting this machine. I would recommend Chief over any other brand of steamer!
