USED BIOSAFE ONE SINCE 1990'S

I have used this product since the 1990's. I had the tank emptied in 2004. Then the last time I had the septic emptied was in 2024 and was advised that the tank was almost empty. Every time I have had the septic emptied, I was told that I did not need to have septic tank empties.

Customer service (CS) was over top

Customer service (CS) was over top. I ordered (2) BIO-112 for an urgent issue I had as I was hoping not to have to replace my drain field. I checked tracking UPS stated our was order was damaged in transit and being returned to the shipper. I called CS on a Sunday expecting a call on Monday, Chris reached out on Sunday and said he would get a new order out first thing Monday morning. I was shocked someone would call me back on a Sunday. Chris call me 6am mountain time on his personal cell to tell me a new order was being processed at that time. Chris even sent a complimentary shock pack with the new order. In this day & age of some horrible CS it was refreshing to know that some people do truly care about their customers. 5 STARS for CS, follow up, expediting new delivery and a free shock pack to boot!!
I'm looking forward to placing another 5 star review when the results come in.

My customer service representative was…

My customer service representative was Chris, who loves Bar-be-que. He explained very thoroughly the products and why they are superior to other products which claim to do the same thing. He explained the cost of the products, and told me of "specials" that were available. Totally a professional and very nice man. Would ask for him again when purchasing.

Fast service

It was the first time I ordered this product from this company and was amazed at how quickly it shipped. I was pleased because I didn't receive an e mail of the order number and was afraid it was a scam. But I'm totally satisfied with the service after using this product for decades.

Bio Safe One, bringing peace of mind.

Quick delivery of product

Quick delivery of product. I have used BOSS maintenance packets for years. I have had some signs of drain field problems and ordered products to shock the system. I have not used it yet, but anticipate positve results,
