Do not purchase a digital gift card.
I’ve tried to use a digital Mango gift card on the Mango outlet site. It seems that this is not possible. When reading their terms and conditions carefully there is misleading and contradictory information, which Mango themselves have acknowledged. I have requested a refund of the gift card from Mango and am waiting for a response. If I hear nothing then I will be raising it with UK Trading Standards Under the UK Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.

Ho effettuato un acquisto online mi e arrivata una scarpa di colore e numero diverso, ho fatto il reso tramite negozio Mango di Siracusa che ha accettato il reso ed emesso lo scontrino, dal 27/062026 ad oggi non ricevuto il rimborso ho chiamato in negozio chiedendo spiegazioni e si sono rivolti in modo sgarbato e mi hanno pure chiuso il telefono in faccia. Non effettuerò piu un acquisto. Scadenti

I have returned the items and since 29th June 2026 I have not received my refund. I sent email and received auto replies. I used their whatsapp and phoned to their customer service telephone number. All of this is operated by Al. People avoid it. You won't get your money back.

Made an order 9 days ago, got an email saying my order was involved in a transport incident and will be delivered soon (see other reviews as this seems to be a common email sent by mango and screams SCAM). Took all day to speak to an actual human and to be told they can’t help and they will refund and to order my items again… very helpful when the items were for my hen do and also why am I paying for delivery when they can’t even deliver an item???

Worst customer service ever. Good luck in getting a refund on your item. When you do finally get someone on the phone they are rude, condescending and dismissive. Needless to say will not be ordering from this cheap store again.

Mango returns portal is totally useless, doesn’t work, doesn’t recognise my order number. Also unable to talk to a customer services PERSON and the AI clearly doesn’t understand the problem. Will never ever order on line with them again. So much hassle and I still can’t post the item back to them.

While Mango Outlet is very fast when it comes to shipping orders, the return and refund process is a completely different story. As a consumer, buying from this shop makes you constantly worry about what will happen if an item doesn't fit, simply because the refund process delays terribly.

Absolutely appalling! They are thieves! I returned my item and received a return confirmation email on the 14/04/2026. 2 months later my refund has not been credited. They are not responding to my emails. It is 125£ which for me it’s a lot of money.it was supposed to be my daughter’s 18th birthday present and she’s left with nothing. Avoid. Mango di via Torino e corso Vittorio Emanuele a Milano disorganizzatissimi. Non sanno se hanno i capi richiesti e inoltre ci hanno lasciato mezz'ora ad aspettare per sapere se c'erano i pantaloni richiesti mentre la commessa che ci ha seguito continuava a girovagare senza dirci nulla. I ordered a pair of suit for £138 on 12/5. On 14/5 i received an email from mango team confirming the order has been dispatched amd they gave me a tracking number.
On 15/5 i received another email said that there were been an accident with their transport.
20/5 i havent heard anything. Royal mail tracking apps still showing they expecting the parcel . But yet. Nothing.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I placed an order 11 days ago. I’ve spoken to multiple ‘advisors’ for their customer service who all say the same thing and just tell me to continue waiting. I’ve been promised email follow ups from 3 different advisors and nobody has ever followed up. I have emailed the senior customer service team directly and still not received a response. I’ll never order from mango again the worst experience I’ve ever had with an online shop. Contacting a human and not an ai bot is near impossible and nobody cares to help they just send you around in circles. I doubt I’ll ever receive my order nor a refund! Terrible experience never again

I’ve always enjoyed my experiences with mango in store. I would tell my friends about it in return they bought me gift cards .ordering online is also an option, but it takes forever to get items delivered with no real communication. My experience today, however in a brick and mortar store in Victoria, Gardens was horrendous walked in to sales associates standing at the front desk, never looked up, never greeted me. They could clearly see that my arms were full of items that I wanted to try on again still no assistance finally, I walked back to the fitting room and helped myself into a room. After I had to weave my way through clothing rack, just to get to the room started to try on clothes and found out they had makeup on them. Let the sales associate know to look for another one and the same size she came back to tell me that they didn’t have any .Five minutes later she came back and told me I could try to find it online. I decided to purchase two items. brought them to the front desk laid the dirty sweater that had makeup on it on the counter. She went to ring up
My purchases gave her my two gift cards. The total was $140 I had two gift cards totaling $100 each which meant I had $200 to spend. I was told that I can only use one gift card. The other sales associate looked over and said our computer systems are so slow or old that they can’t process two gift cards. I was shocked, grabbed my gift cards and left the store. Customer service was so bad that another customer brought her items to the checkout station, and the sales associate included the dirty yellow sweater that I had on the counter with the other customers sale. . Luckily that customer caught it. Both sales associates had no business in that store, providing customer service. the fact that I can’t use my gift cards in a store to make a purchase is something I’ve never heard of. I understand people not taking cash, but no longer taking more than one gift card at a time to ring up a sale is just outrageous. Good luck to mango. They’ve just lost a long-term customer.

5 days later, order still hasn't arrived, no tracking number provided. Customer service inefficient. Truly no one at Mango knows customer service.
Not all experiences are negative
After reading some of the reviews after I had placed an order, I was sceptical that it would arrive.
However, despite the tracking number not working on Royal Mail’s site, after waiting a couple of days longer than the original delivery estimate (but in all fairness there was a Bank Holiday weekend during this time) my order turned up and the items were perfect.
