It's just another sh**ty money-scam casino

When you want to withdraw your winnings all you get is copy paste replies with no clear answers or timelines. The withdrawal process is made surprisingly easy on 23Cas.com
So I'll stay there. Don't fall for that sign-up bonus that is offered on Millioner. It's a hook. Bait-and-switch. They just want you to start playing. Even if you manage to win a decent amount they're not going to pay you anyway. So they can offer you any kind of bonuses - they are not going to pay them anyway.

Please watch out these are really criminal the takeaway bonuses what you have and then they block you in your life chat I would give you a good tip. Don’t hear everybody else but not here. I’m waiting now since two hours they don’t reply on me so if you want to lose the money, throw it in the toilet they are not trustable.

I have been trying to resolve this…

I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a week. My €1,000 withdrawal was suddenly cancelled without my authorization. In addition, I was unable to access my account, and when I finally managed to log in, I saw that the withdrawal had been cancelled.

My advice is not to deposit any money. This appears to be a scam. Every time you contact them, you receive the same response: "We are working on it." I have emailed and used the live chat multiple times, but so far there has been no solution at all. Please be careful and do not send any money until this issue has been fully resolved.

I won money but is didnt get paid

I won money, cashed it out but after 2 weeks still no money, contact my vip manager and ask whats going on, everytime i get the same answer, i contact the financial department and they have to check for security issues……., please dont play at this casino and also not on casino’s when you have a pay out time for more then 24 hours, its all scam!!!

DONT TRUST THIS CASINO!!!!!

First all was good and when i started to trust them, they started to lie.
They lie, lie, lie and lie!!! I were suppose to get my money out in 24 hours because VIP.
Now it has been almost 3 days.
When i kept asking after my money, they shut my chat to the customerservice.

I trusted what they promised and many things went wrong when they started to cheat.

Earlier customerservice just kept telling me lies. "We are hurrying", "it is almost there", "sorry we didnt notice the VIPpreviledge", "now we will pay". "Sorry, i am sure it is coming soon", etc etc

I even told them that i cannot get my medicines out because they dont pay MY money out.
But they dont care.
I am not sure if ever getting my money.

DONT TRUST THIS CASINO!!!!!

I requested a withdrawal of €140 on April 28. I was promised it would be processed within 3 business days, but it is still “under review”.

Support keeps giving generic responses with no clear timeline.

Scam Casino, they stole over 2000€

Stay away from this casino, they steal players' money and all they can say is you violated their terms (which is impossible, all I did was playing SLOTS!!).

The whole story:

After playing on hacksaw and pragmatic slots on their casino and accumulating over 2300€ in winnings, today they cancelled all my withdrawals and blocked my account for no reason.

They don't even reply to my email and I'm going to escalate my case to Casino Guru and AskGamblers unless the casino finally pays out my winnings!

I will be happy to update this review if anything changes, but for now they just stole my money, BE CAREFUL with this shady casino!

The biggest reason of my five stars is…

The biggest reason of my five stars is my vip menadzer Boris and he is great. Very nice and fast comunication and support for any question i have. I gave him ten stars if i could. Live support is also in 90% cases great ,especialy joe and jenny who always help me and they are very kind. In the other side i have not that great experience with some other member of support and they were very very not good.
Withdraws are slow and you can take little money and this is the biggest problem for me.

Problem with withdrawls

I did 3 withdrawls 4rth 5th and 6th of february. Until this day 20th of february the money are not in my bank account. I speak with them (on the livechat) and they say that they have a lot of requests and that's the reason for the delay. They also say that in 3 working days the money should be in your bank account but as it seems that's not the case. It's better to play on a different casino not in this one.

THIS CASINO IS 100% A SCAM  I would encourage everyone to steer well clear of this absolute joke of a “casino”  In no way is this site anyway professional or legitimate. Scammers out to rob peoples hard earned money. I never deposited anything with them just browsed the site. Following that I received an email, text messages and phone calls from them trying to encourage me to sign up with ridiculous bonuses just far too good to be real.  I was messaging a member of staff on telegram even??
like this site is just madness if I was you I’d just stay away!!
