TERRIBLE casino. I’ve deposited over $2000 here and I wake up in the morning and my account is CLOSED for absolutely no reason. The live agent tells me:
“As per my check, the account has been closed by an administrative decision, and sadly it can't be reopened. The reason for closure hasn't been specified, so if you wish to request more info, you can contact us at support, and our team will inform you. Thanks for understanding!”
They didn’t want to explain anything further. They just let me deposit money and closed my account! I’m furious and had to share this…DO NOT play here, the good reviews are fake.

I had an account playing and I was able to deposit and withdraw with no issues. And then after I won a relative good bet they stopped paying and requested a bunch of "verification" files. I deposited multiple times within 24 hours, and with every deposit I made, the first thing I got from my Silver Wheel spin was literally the worst possible reward possible. And that’s not even all of it, because the spins themselves did absolutely nothing — really nothing at all. I also just spent 250 coins for 30 FREE SPINS in the store, and guess what? Also absolutely nothing. The deposits I made were eaten up extremely quickly by the casino or by the slots I was playing. I mostly played Big Bass Splash 1000, and the free games that I occasionally won barely paid €5, even though I had already spent around €20. I want to be clear that I’m not trying to be rude or threaten anyone, but this does involve real money and I honestly feel cheated and very disappointed by this experience. I have spent quite a lot of money here in a very short period of time.

Mon compte a été suspendu à plusieurs reprises de façon incompréhensible, ce qui m’a fait perdre mes tickets de loterie et mon statut VIP. De plus, le bonus de dépôt de 120% qui m’était dû n’a jamais été crédité. La communication est lente et incohérente, et je me sens totalement lésé.
