I like the casino. But placed my first withdrawl and after 50 hours it got declined because of technical issues? Now replaced it, hopefully they fix this soon. Will update to 5 stars if its will be paid out soon.

Not even worth one star. Where to start? Winnings are a disgrace. Deposited numerous amounts and never won more than my deposits. The chance of winning free spins is zero unless you buy them. Despite numerous deposits, my level remains the same. Ive played at numerous casinos and this one is one of the worst. Most games seem to be tampered with as you can tell by small pauses when game is running. They refuse to close your account etc etc etc. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! Very bad casino. They keep you waiting, their help desk is just a redirecting AI machine that only answers with automated messages. All they try to do is redirect your query to another department so they can say 'Look it is not with me, dont be mad at me you need to be there'. You send emails to the vip department, mind you this department where all help desk is referring to, and they just will keep you waiting four hours and then eventually ignore you. Even if you want to close your account permanently (you have a right to do so), they ask if they can provide and then the show happens all over again. Redirecting, lie-ing, ignoring, waiting for hours on end only to eventually have your account wide open and nothing that you gained from it.

You really dont want to play here. Really really. No one takes responsibility, help desk points towards vip manager, vip manager sends automated answers first and then just ignores you. Help desk closes chats aswell and automated replies, not giving any responses or actually trying to help.

I submitted my withdrawal request on May 21 and I am still waiting for my money. The site keeps saying “48 hours” but nothing arrives in my bank account.

Support only sends the same copy-paste responses and no one gives a clear explanation about the delay. My withdrawal was even cancelled once and I had to request it again.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this casino. Be careful if you plan to deposit large amounts because withdrawals may take much longer than promised.
