Vedic Lab you have an excellent Customer Service is absolutely exceptional, you are a company so personalize and you care about your clients and you present your Excelent products so well, I never came across with a company like yours so dedicated to help our hair and scalp with Ayurveda a science born in India thousand of years ago with the use of natural products. My hair after loosing it so much finally is coming alive and getting very healthy and the lost of hair is less and less as time passes by.
I am very impressed with Verdic Lab and their products and needless to say Julia is a great representative of Vedic Lab, I never take the time to write a review at all but this time I am doing it because a company like Vedic Lab needs to be recognized as a natural leading independent company dedicated 100 % to achieve excellent results without the use of chemical products.

Great customer service and products which work for me!

I found this company exceptionally helpful and honest, which I think is very important. I've had a couple of queries since starting my Elixir and I was answered promptly each time. They were very understanding and gave me good advice.
I haven’t used the product long enough yet to see visible results, aside from a slight reduction in hair loss but I will certainly persist and feel sure I will be satisfied.

Really enjoying my experience with VEDIC LAB so far. The products feel premium, the packaging is beautiful, and delivery was seamless. What stood out to me most is how lightweight the Scalp Elixir is. It absorbs quickly, doesn't leave any residue, and fits easily into my daily routine. The customer support has also been excellent. Very happy with my purchase :)

This scalp serum is amazing! I suffered from hair loss and hair tinning + dry scalp and this is the only serum that actually works for me. It is lightweight, non greasy, smells fresh and feels amazing on my scalp. It’s so hydrating and gives instant relief from dry, stressed scalp. With consistent use my hair look thicker, healthier and nourished. I also noticed significant reduction in hair loss so I decided to sign up to their monthly program to keep my hair happy 🙂 It is bit on a pricier end but definitely worth the money as I am getting great quality product that is only benefiting my scalp and hair. I tried plenty different hair serums in the past to compare them but always came back to this Overnight scalp elixir as it really does what it says. Love it!

I really like their products, especially using more natural ingredients. I have noticed a difference in my hair growth using the morning and evening serums. I am in the UK so get charges import fees but Vedic Lab refund these if you email them a copy of the payment once paid and shipment delivered. They have refunded me within 48hrs every time. I will continue using this brand as i now trust it and it avoids toxic chemicals.

Hair regeneration takes time, so I review after a little over two months of use. I am seeing a lot of new hair and feel that certain areas strands grow longer than in the last years of menopause and trying a lot of different products. Less hair in the brush, too. So far, so great! And: quick, awesome and surprisingly generous costumer support after I dropped a new product. Did not see that coming. Thank you!

The only product that stopped my hair from shedding! It doesn’t weigh down my thin hair — you can’t even feel that you’ve put anything on! The overnight elixir is beyond words.

I have been using the Vedic Lab day and night serum for two months, and my skin has improved tremendously. The radiance and the overall appearance of my face have improved significantly. My skin feels regenerated, smoother, and refreshed in the morning, and I go to bed in the evening feeling fresh even after removing my makeup. Highly recommended. I am absolutely happy with this 2 products!.

I am using the Overnight Scalp Elixir since 4 months and I am happy with the result. My hair is stronger and my hair loss has decreased. I can highly recommend this product. The customer service is very friendly and professional. They support you whenever necessary.

The customer service is excellent. I contacted Vedic lab twice and lovely Julia resolved all my queries. I was especially impressed how they solved import charges issues I incurred.

I ordered from this company for the first time, spending over £200 on products. Before products were delivered I was getting emails from UPS requesting a custom’s payment of £61.30. At first I thought it was a scam but having looked into it I realised if I wanted the products I would have to pay. The products then arrived promptly.
I sent Vedic Lab an email about my disappointment in having to pay these extra customs and postage costs. To my surprise I had a very speedy reply from Julia. She explained that these costs would be refunded to my account. I am happy to say I received the payment promptly. I haven’t used the products yet but if their products are as good as their customer services ( especially Julia ), then I’m sure I will be writing another good review

Good products, but the subscriptions are problematic. There is no warning when you are about to be charged for your subscription, unlike most reputable companies that will tell you that your subscription will be renewed in X days. I also had a delivery go missing, which I reported, but I was never refunded. It is hard to cancel subscriptions, and I have ended up being charged for products that I do not want. It is also impossible to reach customer service. I tried Whatsapp and was redirected to their email.

Edit: I did receive a response from customer service. My orders were refunded. Thank you!

Have been using the product (day and night) regularly for about 6 weeks now and I am really happy with the result- growing hair and remarkably much less hair loss. Definitely worth the price.

I have been using Vedic lab for quite sometime now and particularly love the Night Serum and Night Cream. It is so refreshing and calming to the skin. My skin never felt so good. Ofcourse not to forget the Scalp elixir my family swears by it, including my Dad!

I’ve been using the Night Scalp Elixir for a few weeks now and at the beginning I wasn’t sure if it was doing anything. My hair has always been quite fine, and stress makes it worse, so I didn’t expect quick results.

But recently I started noticing that my scalp looks less visible in certain areas, especially near the hairline. It’s the kind of change you don’t see day by day, but then suddenly you do. It also makes my scalp feel calmer, which I didn’t expect. I’ve kept using it just because it fits easily into my routine.

I have ordered twice from Vedic Lab. I live in Canada, and both times the shipping has been extremely quick and the products are wonderful! I have also had questions, to which the staff have answered quickly and clearly.
