Epicooler Reviews 

It took approx. three weeks to get the epicooler, and because I thought it might be a scam Í died a dispute with my credit card company. Once it did finally arrive Í realized very quickly that the cooler did not work, it just blew out slightly cooler air-certainly not anywhere cold enough to cool a room. I’ve contacted the “customer service” department numerous times (email, phone) but it’s only AI, have never been able to talk to a person. I just want to know how to return it, I’m not optimistic.

This is not an AC it's a scam company. If you are fortunate enough to get a refund they will keep trying to get you to take a portion of what you paid instead of a full refund.

Syngas responded to my issue and offered to rectify the situation in very timely manner.

When I ordered the Epicooler I was told, on my email, and in the description online, that if I was not happy with it, that I would be able to return it for a FULL REFUND! Well, I didn't receive it in the amount of time that I was quoted, and I told them that I was going to send it back. They asked me for a photo for proof that I did receive it, which I sent to them. Then they emailed me to tell me that I was going to get a refund of 25%, PLUS I would have to pay the shipping fee!! The only way you can get the refund is if you don't use it at all, and I have a question.. how do you know if you're satisfied with the thing if you don't try it out??

AVOID The epicooler at any costs
A 6 inch fan is at leat 10 times cooler, this epicooler does nothing to cool a even a 2m x 2m room.

Customer Service was very polite and provided great customer service. The Customer Service Representative showed compassion for my issue and was quick to assist.

Customer service listened to my concerns and attempted to direct me to the proper dept.Christian clearly explained what to except next.

The customer support rep was freindly and offered to refund my money since the unit was defective. I offered to return the unit and she said that was no nessisary

I bought an epicooler and found it didn’t perform any where near what the site said. So I decided to return the product for a refund: This is where the problem started. The company was most unhelpful and tried many ways to avoid the return and refund.
After many offers of various % off cumulating in 70%. Eventually got the return address! I was liable for return postage. PS. The product is now called a “Coolizi”

Custom servise was very helpfull and explaned how i would get an email on how to return the products
They dont accept returns if you have used the item,How do you know if the item works if you dont use it .We paid £241.95 as we got 2 units ,we also have to pay for the retun (it comes from china) they advised us to keep the units and they would refund us £60 a joke.The units im talking about are Air conditioning units look amazing but they are just not powerfull Do Not Recomend

Just surprise with the extra items invoices to my credit account.

But for the order items I wouls like to be credited on my credit cart.

When I had concerns about my purchase and contacted customer services they replied promptly and gave me information I needed.

Order placed 40 days ago.

repeatedly requested the cancellation of this order due to extreme and unacceptable delivery delays. The support team has consistently ignored my legal cancellation rights, offering only automated scripts claiming the item is in transit! I am fully aware of the company's documented pattern on Trustpilot of using stalling tactics to avoid issuing refunds.

The item arrived after 40 days and of course was nothing as described not only did it not cool the air but just circulated the hot air in the room in fact my £12.99 fan did a better job!

I have repeatedly asked for a full refund even before this delivery but was fobbed off repeatedly! I will take this issue up with the relevant legal bodies to make sure this company does not get others hard earned money fraudulently

As I paid with PayPal this is also in dispute via thier process’s
