Very impressed with the entire marketing and brand process

The products arrives very quickly. Been having the cleanse pills for 4 months now and my hair stopped falling, i have less backne and no pimples in my face (only with menstruation i have 1 or 2).

the purchase process was very good, all great. Unfortunately, the taste is not what I was expecting,for me the taste is very strong and unlikely.

I hadn't had acne for 20 years, then suddenly two years ago it came back, and it came back strongly with large and painful nodular spots. First I put my hope in skin care products, but unfortunately nothing helped; my skin condition got even worse. I started a new job right then, and became very unconfident in my appearance in front of new colleagues. I visited different dermatologists, got different topical prescriptions as well as antibiotics. Nothing made it better, if not worse, and I was recommended isotretinoin as the last resorts. Due to many possible health-concerning side effects, I opted out. That was when I came across an ad by fembites and decided to try Skin Glow out--I had nothing to lose, and all the money on skin care and medicine was sunk cost with no positive effect. Little did I know that I got to see the effect after about six weeks - my skin got a lot less bumpy, which was noticeable when I washed my face, and the pain slowly went away. I decided to get Cleanse to take together with Skin Glow, and the joint power was visible after just two weeks. Now after four months, my skin is almost as smooth as before this two-year-long acne episode. There's still a long way to go till all the brown spots are completely gone, but my stress level has subsided immensely.

A note to those who think the ingredients can be obtained individually and thus are not worth the price. I had taken all these ingredients and vitamins individually in the first year of acne, which did not help. A lot of money went down the drain accumulatively. In the end, you might end up paying so much without much effect. Fembites might list the same ingredients, but they work somehow. A doctor told me that it's like your brain reading a book of different languages--the content might be the same, but your brain can only decipher certain languages.

I recommend taking a combination of Cleanse and Skin Glow for those who have late acne. I guess it cleanses your inside and boosts the system that supports your skin at the same time. I prefer to have Skin Glow in the powder form, as it smells and tastes a bit like baby formula and dissolves nicely in my morning coffee. Cleanse is better for me in the capsule form, because even though it smells like chocolate powder, it tastes very sour (Vitamin C?) and thus cannot be mixed into coffee (also, chocolate and sourness doesn't go well together in my book).

Costs are a real factor, which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5. It takes time to see the effect, which costs me quite an amount. However, looking back, I find that four months compared to two years with the toll it took on my mental health and bank account altogether is a win. In the end, money paid with a visible effect is way better than money out of the window.

I seldom leave a product review, but as a satisfied customer who paid for these products out of my pocket, I strongly recommend the products to those who are desperate :).

My skin has significantly improved. I initially bought the cleanse package however it worsen my problems. I sent an email and the customer service was very fast. At the end they offered me to switch to Skin glow which definitely helped me a lot! I am very happy. Thank you!

I see glow in the skin and reduced PMS. Also, I feel like energy level is boosted.
It has been just more than a month since i started it. Therefore I can’t say if this is wonderful for acne. Yes I am having less acne since I stared, but i have to wait until it will clear out and don’t come back again. Than, i will definitely share my experience with fembites capsules.

I am very surprised and satisfied with the results I started to see after two weeks of taking the fembites “cleanse” capsules.
My acne was considerably reduced during those first two weeks and after one month, my skin already looked healthier.
I am 31 years old and for many years, I used to take birth control pills to regulate my menstrual period and my facial acne. After stopping the pills last year, the acne came back strongly but after trying different products (and unfortunately losing a lot of money in the attempt) I was able to find an accurate and safe solution with the “fembites” products.
I really recommend it a lot! It is a great investment.

I always had problems with acne. I started using fembites CLEANSE, then switched to femcaps CLEANSE and now I'm using fembites SKINGLOW. I wasn't really satisfied with the 2 CLEANSE products, since, for me personally, they did not really do much, even after taking them regularly. Then I switched to SKINGLOW about 10 days ago and I already see improvement! My skin is looking so much healthier, more glow and shine to it, my acne decreased, skin tone is much more even.. I am very happy! Personally, I like the SKINGLOW product more since it's without iodine (which can sometimes be harmful for your thyroid, sometimes it helps, sometimes it just doesn't) and in general the SKINGLOW gives all the necessary vitamins a woman needs (that are not only good for skin and hair, but for other things as well). Also I'm super happy that SKINGLOW has lactoferrin in it. Overall, in my opinion, this is the best product of all 3 that I have tried, and once I'm done with my first bag of SKINGLOW I'll subscribe to get it delivered every few months. Also looking forward to try something else, maybe the OMEGA one.. I also recommended fembites to a good friend of mine and she is also happy with the results she's having, she's using the femcaps CLEANSE!

Fembites helped me a lot by reducing the acne on my face and body - they only come back when I have too much stress. The taste of the fempow could be better, it takes a lot of time to get used to it. But as long as it helps I’m taking it with Shakes.

They care about you personally, they constant give you the information that you need specifically for you. I have once a problem with the delivery and even though it wasn’t their fault they attend you directly and worry about you.
And the products that I’m using now are delicious and have really helped me I feel like a new person

I now take it the femCLEANSE caps for 2 weeks and I can already see that my acne on my chin is getting better. My skin looks very fresh and clean. I am looking forward for the results after the 2 months.

Good taste, happy with my purchase

It didn’t help at all. I have hormonal acne and I took them for a 1,5 months and no results. Had to change to Accutan again or hormone pills.

It tastes best with oat milk. I actually had fewer pimples even after a week of use. Now I'm in week 2/3 and it's getting better and better :) I'll probably order another pack. (I would like to say something else about the cocoa: I could perhaps imagine a version with a neutral taste to mix it in shakes, etc. for example? )

Hi, i am using your product since 4 weeks now but cannot see skin improvements so far. Although taste and consistency are good.

it’s tasty (fempow) for me… like it, when is not sooo sweet, it’s perfect. I drink it with water and only a bit plant milk. I think it helps also and i like the combination of femcaps and fempow cacao .. (so i can choose, if I want a cacao or only caps)

So, about fempow powder.
it's Insta-ads fault I bought this, since who doesn't want to have all those hormonal benefits.
It came very quickly, not damaged and has all the promised ingredients.
However, I can not confirm from personal experience that it works on me, because, by God.. I have not brought myself to drink more than half a glass of it. It lists coco powder as main ingredient (~60%), it looks like coco powder, it smells like sweet coco and it tastes like you dumped a hand full of soil into your milk\water. Like you take a deep breath in mother nature's garden and then faceplant right into the dirt and take a chomp out of it. Like loving literal earth a little too much.
I have no idea how I am able to down this, unless maybe taking a concentrated shot and imedietely flush the dirt taste with a bottle of water.
Having said that - I truly believe that this product might work?? Just by the philosophy 'medicine is bitter'. Bc it def is!
Maybe if you add a lot of sugar or mix it into a sugary drink\meal it might be more enjoyable?
So, I keep being curious and try to find a way to somehow get this into my system regularly. But as it is with all of these kinds of products, you have to try it out your self, each body is different. And so are taste buds, apparently...

Company takes care of sustainability and eco friendly packaging. But I can not confirm, if the supplements helped my body with PMS. I recommend to just try it by your own
