The products have arrived. I ordered the dishwasher and washer detergents. They both work well. The results were as i have read in the presentation. I ordered the no scent products. On my next order i will try the scented ones. Overall, i am pleased with the product and will order again.

Love their scents
Love their scents, sheets are so easy to use and much less space to store, no plastic bottles or containers. Plus all good for the planet plus a donation to good causes. What’s not to like. And great customer service!!

I had tried laundry sheets before, but I wasn't thrilled with them—neither the scent nor the washing results. After a while, an ad popped up on my Instagram, and after doing a bit of digging on the Mothersearth website, I decided to give them a chance. To my surprise, I’m very satisfied. And I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Excellent product
The order came quickly, the packaging is all cardboard and so the environmental impact is minimum. The strips dissolve very easily and the glass bottle is really a nice touch, I hope it'll last forever

My experience deserves zero stars
My experience deserves zero stars.
I placed an order on May 18 and received it after 20 days, although I was supposed to receive it in 5 days. I wrote to their customer help center several times and the replies that I got were to be patient.
When the parcel finally arrived I realized that they chose the cheapest and the worst postal service that they could find, which is not even door to door. They put a glossy printed booklet in my package with the text from their website. How is this “eco friendly” and "CO2 free"? It went straight into the garbage bin. I would have preferred a decent courier service. The product is the usual, plain washing sheets that you can find in any local supermarket, nothing out of ordinary, just more marketing to trick you to spend more money to "save the planet".
The worst part came today, 2 month later: I got an e-mail that my credit card was charged again for a repeated order. I remember that I specifically did not choose any subscription plan that they were offering, I just wanted to test their so called "miracle" product. So I did not subscribe to anything. The subscription was fake and they re-charged my card. Beware of this scam. I will definitely complain to the customer protection authorities if they do not cancel this fake order and reimburse my money.

I chose Mothers earth because I liked their ethos. The scents are divine! If you’re short on storage space then this is ideal, no more bulky plastic bottles!
