Unfortunately
I have been taking the capsules for almost 2-3 weeks. Track my food for low-calorie diets, drink enough, exercise 3-4 times a week. Unfortunately, I could not see any effects. I don't have any less hunger or cravings, I continue to feel energy-free. Neither the weight nor the body circumferences have been reduced. Unfortunately, nothing happens!
Plus point for customer service, which offered me help. unfortunately, I am now on vacation and can not take advantage of the offer for coaching appointment.

I already lost 3 kg
I already lost 3 kg. This is huge...I don't have much hunger and i managed to stay a lot longer without snacks .It really helped me. I love it and I would definitely continue to use it. There are no second effects that could bother me. Everything works nice and I feel great. I hope i will manage to let go few more kg.;)
