Comments are pinned to a moment in the recording, so teammates can jump straight to what you are talking about. Use them to ask for coaching on an objection, flag a risk, or point the team to a great pitch.

1. Open the Comments tab

Open a call in Attention and click the Comments tab next to the recording.

2. Write your comment

  1. Play or scrub the recording to the moment you want to discuss.
  2. Click the Leave a comment… box. The comment is pinned to the current playback time, shown on the button (Comment at 1:23). If you keep playing, click the refresh icon (Refresh timestamp) to use the new time.
  3. Type your note. To tag a teammate, type @ and pick their name from the list.
  4. To point to another moment, type a time such as 4:05. It becomes a link that jumps to that point in the call.
