missing items

i received my order with 2 out of the 3 items missing. i contacted cs immediately but got my first response only the afternoon after, and after that, the next day only. by that time it would be no use having the missing items. i felt cs representatives weren’t the least bit interested in solving my issue.

delivered to wrong address

it was supposed to have been delivered at home but they delivered to a third party hub.
