Tectake have delivered the wrong product. They have an answer machine that does not allow you to speak to anyone and they do not answer e-mails (I have waited for 10 days).

DO NOT USE THEM

I was contacted by customer service by email on Saturday, 20 June.
They were apologetic and helpful, so I am revising my review to reflect that. Hopefully, I will be revising it again when the issue is solved

A 2-star review would probably be fair, but I cannot recommend anyone to buy from this company.

The two products I bought are actually nice looking, but both of them have quality problems.

I only made a claim on one issue that affected me the most in the camping kitchen, something clearly damaged from factory.

I made a claim on the website, no reply.
I sent an email, no reply.
I tried (several times) to call the number in Denmark - fast disconnect tone.
I tried (several times) to call the number in Germany - reply that the number is busy - every time.

I will try to fix the issues myself, and I think I will be able to use the products (and actually enjoy them), but I will never buy anything else from tectake, as they offer no support.

And you will need support. Despite the apparent good design of the products, there are manufacturing issues that require someone to pick up the phone, or answer an email.

I can only wonder what would happen if I actually needed to return the items.

Promised 1-3 days delivery. It is now 15 days and my order still has not arrived

The product arrived damaged and does not work properly, and the seller does not want to refund the money

Product didn’t arrive. Phone not answered. Email not answered. Missing delivery form doesn’t work. No follow up. No idea how to get a refund weeks after ordering.

I ordered a product and it didn't arrive in a month. They said it was lost in transit. I emailed them and they offered a refund or a replacement. When I suggested a replacement, they mocked me by saying they hoped the lost product would reach me quickly.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the children’s sandbox I received from your store. The product arrived with multiple broken wooden parts, making it impossible to assemble or use safely. I have attached photos showing the damaged pieces. This sandbox was purchased as a birthday gift, so the situation is especially upsetting and inconvenient. The package was opened carefully, and the wooden elements were already cracked and broken during assembly. Because the product is defective and unusable, I would like to request a full refund as soon as possible. Please also inform me about the return procedure, if required.
I expected much better quality, especially for a product intended for children.

I was pleasantly surprised with how fast the purchase confirmation to delivery went. The product is also good, definitely good value for money.

Had been writing mail regarding the return of the product and no response

Item arrived quickly and efficiently, but in two separate deliveries. This had not been communicated clearly in advance which made me worry things were missing when the first delivery arrived. Customer service was slow to reply also, but friendly and polite when they did. Items are good quality for a great price!

Quick delivery, the chairs came from Germany to Denmark and got delivered to our holiday home in denmark.

It came on time, good delivery. I could track it. The stroller is good quality for its price and super easy to set up. Love it.

I have had the worst experience with this company. They have not responded to my email to let me return one of my items. I have the reason to return it. Sent them two emails following up and nothing. I need a return label to return one of te two items sent to me. Their customer service team seems to not exist as they NEVER answer their telephone during their short telephone hours M-Th 10-12. I recommend that you do not do business with this company as they seems to be fraudulent.

Ordered a canopy from TecTake and the package was shipped within a day, received it a day or two later (cross-border delivery).

While there was a problem after delivery, TecTake didn't cause any trouble and went full into customer care - solving the problem and finding a solution. And we found one. Great, awesome, wunderbar, give it a name! No questions asked.

The customer support and the products are both of quality.
