Bring is reliable. I have ordered online and I always ask to be delivered at my home address and they did. Others are just too lazy and they drop it to the nearest pick up kiosk. Five ⭐ from me.

Link to pickup point completely wrong
I have received information that the package was delivered to a package collection point with a link to Google maps , where it is showed location 10km away. I have biked there (pileparken 3 ). Not only I have biked there, but I also found out there is no pakkeboks. After that I clicked on the tracking number and couple of more clicks deeper I saw that it actually is just a few hundred meters away from my address, I think you need to fix the automated messages, because that link with address is clearly wrong.

Items got delivered on different dates…
Items got delivered on different dates and in different locations. It is not nice to get the delivery in different places when you pay the extra delivery charges.
