Absolute Crap I have no idea why companies trust their delivery to this company they have no customer service at all do not answer phone, emails! They give a tracking number but offer no tracking 3 weeks waiting and now having to re order again do not use these and if the company you are buying with send you details of using them get in touch with company immediately and cancel the order as you won’t be getting it.
What a joke they are, I signed up for prescriptions to be sent, I wanted some information about requesting 3 months as going on holiday, sent 3 emails and not one got a reply I then had to sit for 45 mins on phone to talk to someone and she was totally unhelpful I have cancelled with them and gone back to doctors surgery at least they answer the phone and emails.

We are sorry to hear you have been unable to get through to Pharmacy2U when needed. We are aware of the wait times and issues with getting through to us, we are working hard to reduce this.
Furthermore, we are currently in the process of recruiting additional customer care advisers to help alleviate the call/chat queues we are seeing, we have already observed an improvement, and we are handling more and more contact each day. We hope our availability will continue to improve over the coming weeks as we become more efficient.
We do have other platforms that you can use to make contact; Social Media (Facebook, Instagram & X) these are worked daily, and you may get a response quicker, we are also looking into WhatsApp, currently there is no ETA of when this will be rolled out to patients to use, but it is in the pipeline.
We're very sorry for your experience when connecting with our team. We understand your concern regarding the quantity of medication issued. However, we must advise that the quantity prescribed is entirely at the discretion of your GP. If you require a three-month supply due to travel or any other reason, you would need to contact your GP surgery directly to request and authorise this.
Legally, we are only permitted to dispense the quantity stated on the prescription. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or provide additional amounts unless it is explicitly prescribed by your GP.

Gave me 5 days notice of renewal and never said excess had increased then said they had sent renewals on 5/5 but never had! Having to email all the time and waiting for someone to give you a one word answer is not good enough, premiums are ok but I would expect a little more concern when telling them I had no renewal terms, also they try to get you to automatically renew so they don’t have to give notice!!

Everyone who I spoke to and dealt with were fantastic, especially Jon who sold me the car and the sales manager Steve, nothing was to much trouble and I would certainly recommend the group without hesitation.
I went into Barons of Cambridge as I wanted to purchase a new BMW, when I went in there was the receptionist behind the desk who smiled and acknowledged me, I then proceeded to walk up and down the showroom for 10 mins in this time I saw 5 people behind their desks 2 were txting on their phones 2 was on the computer and 1 was on the phone, at no time did anyone look at me nor acknowledge I was there, I then went back to the receptionist and aske her if I needed an appointment to see someone and she said no! I then was about to tell her my experience when she shot up off her seat and said sorry my pizza is here and ran out side to pay for her Domino’s pizza!!
I traveled 70 miles to another BMW dealer and purchase a £55,000 BMW and the service was great!
Avoid Barons as you just might get the service I received!!!

They have to be the worse company to deal with, they take your money do not send the goods and do not answer any communication email, phone or live chat.
Item arrived and it was poor quality and not sized correctly, I sent it back and have had no refund although I have live chatted twice and both times they said they were going to process it. Avoid this company.
