If I could leave a Minus review I would.
I was expecting a delivery from Natuka on 23.6.26
The MRW driver rang me and said I am not bringing your parcel today , I am not in your area. I explained that it was fresh dog food, that would be frozen and I needed it. He said its not even on my van and put the phone down. After emailing Natuka , who were equally poor they said it says its out for delivery.
The driver did eventually call back and he told me , his partner was bringing him the parcel and he would deliver it. He did eventually arrive with the parcel.
On un packing it, it was all defrosted, I had ordered this on 18.6.26 from Natuka, and as I wasnt sure how loing it had been in transit, I threw it away because I didnt want to risk feeding it to my dog.
I got in touch with Natuka, who agreed , eventually to send me another order. It came on Friday 26.6.26
However the driver wouldnt leave the delivery because he said he needed a return package, I explained I didnt have it, he said I cant leave it. I told him , he had caused me many problems but he didnt care.
I had to make an hours round trip to go and buy more food. On contacting Natuka , they said they never asked for a return package. So the same driver has lied twice.

Agencia a evitar. Los repartidores de Punta Umbría se inventan que no han podido localizar al domicilio y te retrasan 5 días la entrega. Un fraude y muy poca vergüenza.

I would give them 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. Very shady company. Say they will deliver and then don’t deliver multiple times. I was supposed to gift the product I got. It said on Funko’s website that it would take 3-5 business days, it’s been almost 3 weeks since I ordered it. Very shady company. I e-mailed Funko about this company aswell telling them to not work with them because this is affecting Funko essentially. Also their costumer “support” is on twitter only. That should say it all. Unfortunately, I could not choose what company that would deliver it, so I hope Funk stops working with them.
Terrible experience with Primor and MRW.
Terrible experience with Primor and MRW. I selected home delivery, but the delivery driver refused to deliver properly and demanded that I come downstairs to collect the parcel myself. When I went downstairs, he left and falsely marked me as “not at home” in the tracking update. For another order, nobody even attempted delivery and I received a message saying I had to collect it myself from an MRW point or the parcel would be returned. Completely unacceptable and very unprofessional service.
They are completely incompetent
They are completely incompetent. Packages sit in their offices, without them even trying to deliver, so you have to go to them to find out where your goods are - that you have already paid for and for the delivery. DO NOT USE them EVER
Big avoid !
I'll keep it brief : This company wants the money but not to work. I never receive a package sent with this grotesque and unethical transporter. Incapable to use Citi Box. Rude. No information where your package is. Big avoid, big.
I waited for 4 days, got false delivery fail notices.
I waited for 4 working days. They left a note on the system saying they'd attempted to deliver twice, but nobody came to my door.
The Amazon seller has contacted them and they refuse to deliver. Say I have to collect.

absolute disaster. the delivery didn’t arrive at my home when my address was clearly written. I get to find my package in a random shop. and even then there were issues in the system from their part. worst experience.
Absolute Crap Company
Absolute Crap I have no idea why companies trust their delivery to this company they have no customer service at all do not answer phone, emails! They give a tracking number but offer no tracking 3 weeks waiting and now having to re order again do not use these and if the company you are buying with send you details of using them get in touch with company immediately and cancel the order as you won’t be getting it.

I am not often driven to write reviews
I am not often driven to write reviews, but MRW Denia has passed beyond poor service. They do not provide a service, preferring instead to meet delivery quantity targets by delivering goods paid for home delivery to pick up points, and claing no access available or address not found. This has been my experience many times with different sellers. My main supplier from whom I receive 2 or 3 deliveries per week has removed them from delivery agents, at least in my case.
Dreadful service
I receive a text message every day, since 10th Apr, saying parcel will be delivered today! Now 21st Apr and I'm still waiting
the slowest corrieer ever
The package needed 1 week to come from china to spain, and MRW need also 1 week to bring it from the magazine to my home. Its super super slow delivery. I hate , ju qiva ropbt

Absolutely close to the top of the list of poorest carriers. They say the address is incomplete; they say cannot find your house or building (even though the delivery guy was standing right outside my house!). Avoid at all cost. Tell Amazon not to use them (although that falls on deaf ears, too).

Unprofessional courier
My order was clearly marked for delivery to the usual address, known to them, but instead this courier took the order to their depot and have sent 5 messages telling me to pick it up or it will be returned to the seller, TEMU. I have explained the above to them and that I am disabled, but this cowboy company refused to deliver my item. What a complete and utter display of unprofessional conduct.
My wallet recovered within 24 hrs
They recovered my wallet from another airport (L&F Office) within 24 hours and for a very cheap tariff. Great service !
