God service, god mad, fantastisk omgivelser og det smukkeste udsigt. Man kunne ikke spørge for mere.
Stedet var dejligt roligt, efter en fuld dag i Folkemødet, kun 2km væk fra stedet.

God service, gode råvarer muligheder og muligheder for aflevering.
Den eneste dog er at selvom man bestille noget, kan det forekomme ændringer, nogle gange til noget uønskede. Heldigivis kundeservice er hjælpsom og hurtige til at løse problemer

Hit and miss

Hit and miss
Nice concept but rather disappointing deliveries 50% of the time. Either there are products that are damaged (which is annoying as they are not cheap) or they cannot deliver all products or they deliver too late. Also customer service could only apologize but did not do anything to compensate, so I think they are about to loose a customer

Perdida de paquete y mal etiquetado

Servicio penoso, responden tarde y además han perdido un paquete. En navidades envié dos paquetes, de los cuales solo recibimos uno, y otro que no era mio con mi etiqueta - consecuencia, mi paquete real, con mis cosas, al estar mal etiquetado, nunca llegó, con todos los regalos de navidades y valorado en mucho dinero. Packlink se lava las manos,da un servicio penoso por email y encima no devuelve ni un solo euro del valor del paquete, a pesar de estar asegurado. No merecen que vuelva a contratar nada con ellos.
