Super convenient

Super convenient and surprisingly, often with better prices than Føtex. Customer service is where Nemlig.com really stands out though. I can always shop with confidence because if there's any problem at all, they stand behind their products and service 100%. Their delivery is really important and as a disabled person I can highly recommend them.
I only gave 4 stars because they say to send in requests for special items like Häagen Dazs (sadly,they have horrible and over priced ice creams and even the 'premium' options are low quality), sour pickles or a wider selection of quality cheeses, but they never actually stock them.

Order lottery

So much potential but they cannot seem to get this right. After moving to Denmark from Sweden, I am shocked at how poorly the services are here. It feels like moving to a developing nation. I never had these issues ordering from ICA or Willys in Sweden.

Whenever I order from nemlig, the order is missing significant amounts of the order. The last few times, I must admit, was extreme. Half of the order was missing and in it's place I got a box of strawberries that I did not order. Honestly, I found the service to be so unreliable that I cannot rely on it for meal prepping. I end up having to go to føtex or meny anyway. At this point, I am left with the feeling that it is pointless to use this service.

I am a very happy customer

I am a very happy customer. Great that I can order and still change it til midnight the day before delivery. To know exactly when the driver comes is priceless. Good quality on the goods! Only little negative is that the returning of empty bottles routine seem to have faults or missing proper instructions of how to do.

An outstanding support

As a company, we work with many suppliers and service providers, but it is rare that we encounter the level of dedication and customer service that we experienced from Nemlig.
Ahead of an important company event, we found ourselves in a stressful situation when we realized we were still missing 30 coconuts with very little time left to find them. Rather than simply telling us it was not possible, Nemlig took the time to help, investigate options, and work towards a solution.

A special thank you to Nordicfruit for their flexibility, responsiveness, and exceptional willingness to help on such short notice. We were informed that this was only possible because of the strong relationship between Nemlig and Nordicfruit, and that collaboration made all the difference for us.
Both teams went above and beyond to help us solve a problem that could have had a significant impact on our event. Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to finding a solution turned what could have been a major challenge into a great experience.

Rotting fruit and vegetables chosen for home deliveries

Yet again, and this is an EVERY delivery experience going on for months now. I have been delivered OLD and substandard fresh produce. They seem to choose food that is at the stage of beginning to degrade for their home delivery customers. Fruit in particular is a problem. A bag of oranges - at least 2-3 items not edible. Today a 1kg box of cherries and many of them are rotting. Last week both packets of peaches, they were already rotting. To me it feels like they are deliberately giving home delivery the old food because we are not there to make sure it is the freshest choice and yet I am paying the full price for this old food. It is disgusting. As a plant-based eater, it is also so frustrating because every delivery I am throwing food away that is too disgusting to eat. This is NOT ok.
