We had a problem with it leased car…
We had a problem with it leased car from BMC and there was a long wait for the required part. They arranged for a different car for the remainder of the lease. The process was smooth and easy.

Chaotic, unserious, unreliable
I can already see here all this bragging about being an "online company" only. Make no mistake, BMC Leasing is cutting costs by oferring you a much worse, much tedious and more frustrating experience.
My father has been trying to lease a car from them for almost a month. We have initially reached out to them with some small questions about delivery. They take several days to reply to simple questions, and when you do decide to express your interest on a car, they just ghost you until the car goes off market.
Hands down, our experience with trying to lease a car with BMC Leasing can be described as to chasing your own shadow. They have no direct reservation form, they take ages to reply if they even reply at all, and they cannot be reached by the phone. This has got to be the most unserious company I've ever had the unpleasant experience to deal with.
And, worst of all, there is the delivery cost. They charge 1.250 DKK delivery but they ONLY deliver to København Hovedbanegård and Høje Taastrup. Combined with the fact that you cannot opt out of it, this has got to be the most obnoxious, shameless fee they could have ever mustered.
To give you a comparison, we have shifted to privateleasing.dk, filled out the form on Friday, today the car is confirmed and will be delivered AT HOME in a couple of days.
Don't bother with these guys, you will save yourself time and frustration if you simply go with competitors.

However, we would like to correct a few misunderstandings: We have responded to your inquiries and followed up via email – unfortunately without receiving much in return. We apologize if the response times felt too long – especially during periods of exceptional busyness, such as the summer holidays, longer response times can unfortunately occur. Your father mentioned he had trouble receiving emails, which may explain why you felt you didn’t get a reply.
We received your first inquiry on July 9 at 12:19 and responded on July 10 at 13:15.
Later same day you sent a new inquiry at 18:13, which we answered on July 11 at 13:16.
Another inquiry arrived on July 15 at 12:12, and we replied on July 16 at 13:42.
We heard from you again on July 24 at 12:38 and responded on July 25 at 16:01.
On July 28, we informed you that the requested car had unfortunately been leased to someone else. You replied that you had found an alternative solution.
Our cars are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and we do not reserve vehicles without a signed leasing contract. This is something our leasing consultants also clearly communicated to both you and your father.
Our fixed delivery points on Sjælland are a deliberate choice to keep prices low and make leasing more accessible to as many people as possible. Referring to this as "obnoxious" is, in our view, both misleading and unfair – especially when this model is clearly communicated upfront.
We understand that our concept may not suit everyone, but we are transparent about what we offer – and what we don’t. We wish you the best of luck with your new leasing agreement.

Recommendation with a Note
While the vehicle provided was in good condition and the service has been satisfactory overall, I encountered an issue regarding winter tires. Despite explicitly inquiring about winter tires, I was not adequately informed about their availability or the need for separate acquisition. This resulted in an unexpected and significant additional expense of approximately 6000 DKK after leasing the vehicle.
I recommend this leasing company but strongly advise future clients to meticulously clarify all aspects of the agreement, including any potential additional costs, before proceeding. It is crucial to ensure a complete understanding of all terms and conditions to avoid unforeseen expenses.

All expenses regarding tires are not part of the leasing-agreement. On each car, we offer our customers to pay extra for all-year-round-tires - the price is written on the formular of the car.
Also we write on each car, which kind of tires, the car is mounted with. F.ex summer-tires, winter-tires or all-year-round.
