Definitely not expat - friendly leasing

**My current experience with their leasing service.**

First of all, when I applied for the lease, everything seemed perfectly fine. Then I had a phone call with a representative who was supposed to answer my questions about the leasing process and the credit assessment. Even at that stage, things felt a bit strange because many of my questions were answered with, "It will be stated in the contract," or, "You can contact us later."

Next came the credit assessment. I completed everything and submitted the form immediately. Then I didn't hear anything for five days. After that, they informed me that I also needed to provide my husband's details as a co-borrower. That's fine, but I called them to ask why, since my income is more than sufficient even after my fixed monthly expenses. I also wanted to know what documents they would require, as my husband has income from abroad. No one answered my questions.

Later, they sent my husband a credit verification request, but we couldn't complete it because he isn't registered in their system. I contacted them again, and once again, nobody responded. Now I've received an email saying that I don't meet their requirements.

In the meantime, I contacted another leasing company. They completed my credit assessment within a few hours, my income alone was sufficient, and we finalized the lease for the car within just 14 days.

I honestly don't understand Ayvens' policies, especially when it comes to communication, which was practically nonexistent. I would not recommend them at all, especially if you're an expat looking for a leasing. You'll just end up wasting your time.

Never use this company

Never use this company! You will pay a fortune for every single little scratch when you return your car - just because they don't use a decent insurance company that could cover this (it will only cover like 10%) of the overall value. Furthermore their joint fellow company FDM will look for every single insignificant scratch so they can participate in the system.

No communication

I privatleased a car with ALD -> Ayvens in the past year. I've returned the car months ago. As a result of that they wrongly credited me for some cost. At the same time I'm waiting for money back, because the recurrent payments continue until end of lease + 1 month.
I've tried to call them to settle the creditnote, but they don't pick up the phone.
I've repeatedly sent them emails. To various accounts. But I don't hear back from them. I've now been waiting since late october and not a word.

Stay away is my advice.

Smooth and problem free!

I came in, tried a couple of cars until I found it; the car i needed with the trim level I wanted.
The Salesman Mathias was professional and helped me through the process. The cars are ofcourse used, so my car had some equipment it was missing from the previous owner. Ayvens quickly responded that they would ofcourse pay for new equipment for the car so it was 100% as it were when it was build.

Charged for charging cable that was not included (Ayvens only copy pasted, no added value)

TERRIBLE. I´m still in the process of trying to get a correct invoice. I had a hybrid car on leasing, which did not include the charging cable (I have proves of my own purchase and confirmation from dealer and from Ayvens that it was not included). When returning, FDM's report indicated it was missing because they had to note it, they didn't have the contract details. When I wrote to Ayvens, advising not to consider this charge from the report, they confirmed the cable was not part of the contract. However, a month later I got an invoice from Ayvens exactly with the same value from FDM's report, no correction on the charge of the charging cable. I wrote and spoke to them, they said it was going to be corrected, no corrected invoice received yet. I received the invoice on a Saturday, due in 7 days, next Saturday (tomorrow) and I cannot pay it because is wrong. No response from Ayvens. Terrible experience!!! Terrible. And when talking to them, very offensive tone.
Update 19/09. I send emails twice a week, I talk every week, and still no revised invoice. All of them agree that the charging cable has to be removed from the invoice, but none do something. I sent emails to privatkunderservice, to collection, to complain, please help. Now, I'm leaving out of Denmark now and each call is very expensive. I want to pay and close this service for good.

I use this company at work, you have never come across a more disorganised unprofessional company. Avoid at all costs-

Update, they say to contact their customer service, which is a bit of a joke, as we have contacted their customer service over 5 times and have been ignored.

My car's fast charging stopped working…

My car's fast charging stopped working which is fine, I understand that cars might break. But I have to drive 240 km to work which is too far when only slow charging is available and the Tesla workshop in Aarhus has more than a month waiting time. So now I am paying 6500 DKK per month for a car I cannot use and ALD accepts no responsibility and just tries to push responsibility over to Tesla.
ALD are the ones I am paying 6500 DKK to every month in exchange for a working car so either loan me a spare car or stop taking my money.
I had a conversation with one of their technical support guys who said it does not matter how slow the car is charging (using 2KWH as an example!) as long as it can move forward it is not broken.
Very inconsiderate and clearly do not care about their clients by trying to escape any responsibility but keep sending the invoices.

ALD have no service

ALD is ok with Volvo deliver a car with error, have not in mind to help or prowide compensation.
There was a bolt, ekstra in wheel setup, and made a Sound, witch they where 5 days to located.
