I leased my car with Opendo who later on transferred my contract to Privatleasing/Jyske Finans.
You dont get any customer experience at all. No interaction, no attempt to provide service, I just feel like being a debitor they can charge once a month.
Very poor digitalisation during the returning proces. (bilsalgbooking.dk), limited options for retuning the car.
Please become more customer centric!

We always pursue to deliver the car within 7 workdays after we receive the customers signature. Which is also what we will do in your case.
