Shipping was a mess, but trimleaf.ca was very responsive and made it right for me.

I have found this company to be friendly as well they keep you up to date with your order. I would highly recommend them and the products they sell. I have been very happy with all my purchases

Just one minor thing. Delivery was between 14:00 and 18:00 but they arrived only at 20:00. Was not able to reach the delivery company as they were close so was unsure if the delivery was still on. Lost a day of work for nothing. Would of been nice to get an update. Guys that delivered it were great. Gave us the time to verify the machine with no rush.

Transparent pricing and ordering, shipping was faster than expected. Machine - Delivery driver was really great and helped move it directly from his truck into our truck bed for easy transportation to our facility because this was different than our delivery address. Wifi attachment - came very fast. I will be ordering again in the future and people who ask about my machine I will share that Trimleaf was a great experience.

When called in regarding questions, customer support was very friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and told us if we have any other questions please do not hesitate to call.

I had a couple issues with my Harvestright freeze dryer when it arrived at my place. A broken part from 3rd party shipper. I emailed them a few times on issues and they respond back ASAP! Very helpful The factory is shipping replacement parts currently.

Great product. I wanted an extra set of trays so I can have something prefrontal in freezer to just put in freeze dryer once the previous batch is finished. Pretty pricey though

We are in a small northern town and when my order said "out for delivery" in Burnaby, I was a little concerned. Albert called me right away and reassured me that the company who was delivering the package must've updated it incorrectly on their end...and he was right because we have since received the order and all is well. Really great customer service.
