Ordered some pool skimmers online- then a week later I received an email saying I had made a return request (I didn’t)
Then shortly after a email excepting the request and closing “my case” after I excepted the refund?
They transferred me £80 from a £400+ bill and the whole time I’m all none the wiser…
Clearly a scam and as they gave me a refund (a small one) my bank are not willing to help out- they said I can’t prove what was agreed.
Avoid- at all costs!

Misleading "Immediate Shipping" and Poor Customer Service
I ordered an item advertised as "In stock. Immediate Shipping." but it wasn't handed to the carrier until 5 days after I placed the order.
My issue isn't the international transit time—it's the delay before dispatch, which was entirely within SwimInn's control. Shipping costs are inflated to make up for lower retail prices, but you aren't getting what you pay for.
When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the delayed handover to the logistics provider but showed no sympathy and simply treated it as standard practice.
If you advertise "Immediate Shipping", your service should match that promise. Unfortunately, my experience didn't.

First time ordering - reassured by the scale and diversity of products and comparatively priced. I proactively contacted them to check if the delivery date was still achievable and they were unable to confirm as they had not reviewed the item from the supplier. Since I ordered primarily based on availability and the delivery date, I decided to cancel and buy a different product from another supplier that would arrive in time. They accepted the cancellation with an apology.
So as other reviews have stated - if your order is time sensitive then perhaps verify the information on the website before you order

Delivery that was supposed to take 3 days took over 2 weeks.
Ordered a Zone3 wetsuit, fit like a glove but then I noticed it was damaged.
I dont mind the delivery delay but there answer was that I should glue a damaged suit, case closed no opportunity to dispute.
Need something cheap and not in a rush? Good company. If its is an expensive product, pay the bit extra to have reliable support.

Avoid this store if you live outside the EU
I bought two pairs of fins from Swiminn/Tradeinn. One pair fit perfectly and I am happy to keep it. The problem is with the second pair, which does not fit.
Swiminn’s response was that their return policy is partly intended to reduce the environmental impact of shipping. However, this argument makes little sense for an online store where customers cannot try products before purchasing.
What am I supposed to do with a brand-new pair of fins that I cannot use? Keep them forever? Throw them away? Neither option is environmentally friendly.
Sizing issues are a normal part of online shopping, and a fair return policy should take that into account. Instead, customers are faced with high return costs that can make returning an unsuitable item unreasonable.
Customers outside the EU should be especially careful. You may have to pay customs duties and import fees, and if the product does not fit, returning it can become so expensive and complicated that it is simply not worth it.
In my opinion, this policy shifts all the risk of online shopping onto the customer. The store receives the sale, while the customer is left with an expensive product they cannot use.
I am also disappointed to see that many other customers have reported similar experiences. Transparency about return costs and the real consequences for international buyers should be much clearer before purchase.
Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in Swiminn, and I would not recommend it to customers outside the European Union.
The company’s response confirms my point: Customers outside the EU bear all the risk. If a product does not fit, the return costs and customs-related losses make the return unrealistic. Selling internationally while offering a return policy that is practically unusable for non-EU customers is not customer-friendly.

Great assortment with competitive prices. Ordered flip flops that were out of stock everywhere for 2/3 of the local price. Shipment takes a while to arrive +/- a week, but the estimate delivery date already indicates that. Packaging of the product could have been a bit better, flip flops were just in a bag in a way too big shipping bag, a bit of cushioning material would have been nice. Overall, I had a great experience with Swiminn and would definitely order again.
