We had “weird” measurements for our hot tub. The company called, and wanted to make sure everything was correct. They were pleasant to talk with. We just received our tub, and it’s perfect! Highly recommend this company!

My hot tub cover was scheduled to be delivered on July 1, 2026. It was delivered Monday, June 29, 2026 yet I was out of town until late on June 29. Item required a signature, which was never provided.

Your web site reflects that items are Made in North America but my cover reflected made in Mexico.

The cover had no defects and the straps were position correctly per my image.

The Back and sides of the hot tub had notices that plates were there which eliminated trying to find them. It ensured the my Caldera Prolift III was properly attached.

The AquaTEX cover material is actually WeatherShield. Weathershield is widely preferred for harsh weather and snow, as its urethane backing offers 3x the strength of vinyl and weighs 25% less. Think this should have been noted during of the selection process.I live in an area with snow and freezing temperatures and this item fits my needs. The fabric is soft to the touch and waterproof. Time will tell if it weathers well.

Overall a good experience. A month from order to completion in my hands with no issues.

I still don't have my cover after 2 months

Still haven’t received it. Shipped on June 24th and the tracking number doesn’t work. Keep on getting told to be patient.

They gave me my tracking number but can not track it since Jun 24th now Jul 8th.
I hope I did not get scammed after $900 later.
