They don’t reply to emails….

I ordered something last month and have been having issues with the tracking number, I have contacted support multiple times. Today I got an email saying my order was delivered, there was nothing delivered to my house. I never got a reply to my emails, I have emailed them once again to see if they can find out was going on. They are not very helpful. I ordered on the 20 and it was shipped on the 24.

I bought the straightener brush it’s so cheap it’s like a toy it doesn’t work it’s definitely false advertising because it does not work at all or do what it says it will do all it did was make my wife’s hair wet complete garbage and very dissatisfied

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. The camera was never received and the orifuct has never shipped. This scam website is refusing to refund the $857. Do NOT USE THIS WEBSITE EVER!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

You’re wasting your money

I made a purchase that I saw on Instagram of their hairbrush for $31.99 plus tax for the next thing I know in my bank is being charged $84. This is total bait and switch in this company ought to be ashamed of themselves and I would not do business with them!

Horrible

Horrible, horrible, horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible experience nothing like they say you’re gonna get 18 weeks for it to be delivered horrible customer service tracking system is about the only thing that works. The product you ordered is not gonna be the product you get. I understand that and it’s so far away took 18 weeks to come what are you gonna do overpriced crooks don’t believe any of the pictures don’t believe any of the things they say. Don’t believe the timeline don’t believe the product. Don’t believe the quality just don’t believe it if you’re ordering from here, you’re simply wanna be fooled gaslighted and took advantage of. This is the worst fricking place to buy anything from. I’m sure you can tell by the reviews. I’m at a gigantic mistake by not reading it first.

I bought 3 Judy Hopps carrot ballpoint…

I bought 3 Judy Hopps carrot ballpoint pen recorders and was very happy with the product. I gave them to my girls for Easter and they absolutely loved them. The pen actually works and it records your voice too.

Customer Service acted quickly when I reached out

I received my items in a timely and in tact. I ordered foldable backpack stools. I ended up returning the items as they were so much shorter than I expected. I am 5'5" and I was squatting with my knee's up to my chest. Not comfortable to me. They were strong and held my weight. I returned them, but had not seen my refund for weeks. When I contacted customer service with my order number and USPS Tracking number, they did respond quickly with my refund. Julia in support was great to deal with.

You took my money on March 29, 2026 and never sent the product. A compleete scam. I gave 1 star only because it did not give me the option of a zero. I want a refund. Does not give you the option to contact them or get the refund. I am going to report them.

Poor customer service

I ordered nail products a month ago and have not received them. Emails go unanswered but I received an email saying my order was delivered.
Since they don’t answer emails, and you can’t contact them by phone, my suggestion is to stay away from this company
