not absorbant after minimal use , half a day and side leak. tried afterwards with a small cup of water and it ran straight through a newly washed and dried pair.
will just put it down to experience and not buy any more.

Well we had a problem with the paperwork but everything was taken care of and they were very good to work with

The wrong size was shipped to me. When I contacted OENKO about this, I said that I would prefer a credit, and I would ship the incorrect size items back if they would send a prepaid shipping label to me. They said that they did not want me to return the wrong items, and they would only give me 25

They shipped the incorrect size to me even though I confirmed the correct size. When I contacted OENKO, I was not able to talk to a human. I requested a refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item, They did not want the item returned, and they would only give me 25% refund on the charges even though it their error. I grugingly accepted a replacement shipment. I received it, but I am very unhappy about the experience. I would not recommend OENKO to anyone.

Helpful only downside was waiting to get correct size but other than that no problem

I had to write them to inquire status of the order, only to find out, some sizes I ordered were not available, which they failed to inform me. I only found the delay was because of the unavailability of the item AFTER I inquired of the status of the order.

The shipping was timely, didn't have to wait long to receive my order. Sizes were wrong due to a computer glitch, and they immediately took steps to send the correct size. All interaction with this company has been positive, polite, and customer friendly. This product will help my husband return to a normal life after prostate cancer, which is so important. I highly recommend Oenko.

I received the wrong size and the staff promptly issued me replacement briefs. My contact was pleasant and professional.

The product is a good idea, but the length is too long, not suitable to wear shorts. It’s good for cool weather. For spring, summer and if you’re working in the garden it makes my bottom stuffy.

This underwear is significantly better quality than brands I have worn. The quality of elastic band is excellent and sufficiently broad to hold the underwear up well. The fabric material is soft and comfortable with sufficient elasticity. The waterproof sections are large enough to contain leakage. The absorbent material does soften after a few washes. Selecting the right fit on purchases made online is always a challenge. The company was very responsive in resolving the wrong size I ordered very quickly and seamlessly.

I have explained the greatest customer support that is generally not normally found in today's world. I received my order and through no fault on behalf of this company,has been resolved.

I'm still waiting for my returned product to arrive, but I'll say my first order was the wrong size, my fault, then when I contacted them to return and change my order, I could not be any more happy, the service was incredible.

I ordered the wrong size and did not find out until I had worn them for a couple of days.

OENKO was very gracious and expeditiously sent replacements in the correct size. Since receiving the correct size, I have been very happy with the product.
