Customer service good.
Product useless.

My spouse purchased these "incontinence protection" womens underwear thinking they would work? MOre than a few problems here. The nylon use in their construction results in higher heat inside the underwear. The odor of the nylon material makes me question the chemicals being used to make them in China. Any GYN will tell you that you do NOT want warmth in a groin area, you want cotton, breathable materials. The so called absorbtion pad remains wet and does not stop even a small bladder leak. I believe these underwear fail to protect any woman, of age, who has bladder leaks. These will NOT stop leakage thru to clothing. Dealing with the New York distributor and reading the 5 page Terms of Service statement reeks of a scam being done by numerous companies from China. If one person reads this review and it stops others from making a terrible purchase mistake I will be happy. Returning the items for the poor design and materials used will not be with MY money. A customer who is disatisfied with a product should be able to return an item to a legitimate company. Be leary of a SCAM with this company and this product.

First of all I want to say that their customer service is excellent. I have had no problems getting a replacement for underwear that didn't fit quite right. I have been wearing some of the panties for years and have always found them very comfortable and they certainly do the job. No, they are not a replacement for an adult diaper... and if you think they are, you will be disappointed, however, they are great for smaller amounts of "dribble" as in sneezing, coughing, laughing or waiting in that long lineup during a concert.
I would, and have, recommended this line of leakproof underwear.

Arrived today. Not happy with them at all. They keep rolling down and have been stitched with some type of thread that itches. They were expensive for what they are. I’d planned on sending for 10 more pairs if the knickers were ok but that’s not an option now. I checked their review before ordering. All 5 star on their social media pages but on Trust Pilot there are very poor. Wish I’d looked there first.

Communication impossible. Free exchange advertised but told to post to USA costing over £12 .!customer service awful

I ordered the products that I wanted on June 15th, in the am. They took my money out of my acct. almost before I had hung up. This is the 7th of July and I haven't received my order yet. They said it would be a couple of weeks. There is no phone # to call. you have to send them and email. But then you still don't hear from anyone from the company

I bought everdries hoping it would help with my bladder problems but I thought wrong. I went to do a daily 15 minute bike ride when there was liquid running down my legs. People stared at me and I was embarrassed. I would not recommend this product unless you like bad quality non leakproof bottoms.

No absorption whatsoever. No wicking away moisture. Customer services suggested a different product, which I cannot see how that would solve leaking through to clothing on slightest bladder leak. Did agree to return but refusing to pay postage as only pay postage for defective products. An anti leak product that leaks is defective. Also indicated would only refund for pairs returned unworn so further loss. Basically trying to stop you returning and why no negative reviews on their social media?

I recently bought some boy shorts and they have turned out to be a great investment. They stay up and fit comfortably.

If there was a 0 star ,that's what.they would get. Useless product, not answering emails for returning, absolute crickets. Waste of time and effort, please don't buy

They are great regarding absorption, but I find the boy leg ones roll up, and I got dermatitis, so I now only where them when I go out in jeans or shorts

Was worried when saw hey were coming from China but sooooo delighted with the high waisted short!!! I will live in them happily! So comfortable and wash & dry so easily!! Wish I’d bought more when on offer!!

I love my everdries boy shorts they are so comfortable and not bulky between my legs so are fine under trousers. The material is lovely does not make me sweat even in hot weather. Has a silky feel. Easy to wash and dries quickly. Absorbed enough for me medium absorption.

They are uncomfortable and hot. They didn’t work for me at all.

Panties are comfortable and non-bulky but definitely don't absorb well. I had cancer and radiation treatments to my pelvic area which resulted in leakage problems. Honestly, these were awful and didn't help at all. I wanted something that would feel natural and not have to have a bulky pad do I had high hopes. I'm in my 30s and lead a very active life so when I saw these I thought they might be a God send. Don't bother. I have no idea how they claim to protect against moderate leaks when they can't even handle small leaks. The leakage soaked right through the panties into my pants/shorts. Honestly, you'd probably get more protection from a menstrual pad than these.

I find this company is very good. I love the underwear and now my husband is able to purchase them in men’s sizes! If they don’t fit they will exchange and ask you to donate to a shelter of your choice. If not you get your refund. Very simple.

Received an email that my package was delivered June 17th. That's a lie, I hsve sent 5 separate emails to the support dept and 10 days later no response yet. I paid over $64 for a 5 pack including $5 for shipping protection and i can't get a response. I'm contacting my bank to file a fraud discrepancy immediately. Never again will I order from this company. Its a complete ripoff.

Failed to offer free postage, had to follow it up. APPALLING customer service, slow or indifferent responses. Took a long time to arrive. Poor absorption. Will never buy again.

I’ve tried several different brands of leakproof underwear over the years, and Everdries has been the best fit for my needs. The comfort, absorbency, and overall quality have been excellent. They give me confidence throughout the day and have performed much better than some of the other brands I’ve tried.

What impressed me just as much as the product was the customer service. It’s refreshing to see a company that truly cares about its customers. Jess, the founder, personally reached out to thank me for my feedback, which says a lot about how this company operates.

If you’re looking for dependable leakproof underwear backed by people who genuinely care about their customers, I would highly recommend Everdries.

My first experience with Everdries was with the Comfort Plus, and I was not disappointed! Actually, I love the Comfort Plus briefs for their ....comfort, fit , and neutral colors.
The material is light and quick drying, making them a perfect travel companion. It catches the leaks and contains them inside, so that I stay dry and comfortable, until I can change. I thought I was set with the 10 Comfort Plus briefs I had ordered, until Everdries came out with the Shapewear! So I had to try them, and ordered them I did. I ordered size M, since the Comfort Plus in that size fits me very comfortably. Well, it turned out that the M Shapewear fits me too snugly, and I would not feel comfortable wearing it. So I exchanged them for size L. Well, Everdries did not make me return the M Shapewear, but processed a new order the L Shapewear, free of charge! They came today, and I am wearing one now. The L size fits me very comfortably, and the most important part is IT DOES NOT SLIP, BUT STAYS PUT! As a happy customer, I cannot say enough
about the high quality of the Everdries underwear, and the unbeatable level of customer service they provide.
