Good quality, reasonable price and reliable service

Bought something and was promised a free gift. When my packet came the free gift was not there. In customer service they told me the free gift was out of order. As a compensation they gave me a voucher 7 euroes worth and free delievery with next order (99DKr. it says on the voucher). This is very good service! It means a lot to me, and I will definately shop there again!!!!

My order is missing things. But the customer service said it's all packed, but they couldn't provide any CCTV picture. I think that's their way not to take responsibility. Not suggest this company, too bad after sale service.

Works fine when everything goes smoothly, but the service is terrible if there’s an issue. They sent me a clearly defective item, which I documented with photos, yet instead of replacing it or issuing a refund, they dragged out a series of emails, asking me to repackage it and pay myself (!) for the return shipping so they could “assess” it-despite the damage being obvious. It wasn’t my first time ordering from them, but it will definitely be my last.

Summary: misleading advertisement, overpriced goods and bad return policy.
The products that I received were different from the picture advertised in the website!!!!!
I specifically bought these hair products from Notino because they apparently "still" had a formulation that is slowly being discontinued. However, when I received my goods, the products were completely different as they were now belonging to the new formulation/packaging. I feel cheated as this is not what was adverstised and actually these products were priced higher than in other websites (I would not have mind paying more if I had received what I ordered!!). Now if I want to return them, I need to send the goods by myself and that would cost 125 DKK! I am extremely annoyed by this !!!!

I’ve bought soooo much stuff from Notino over many years so I guess I might as well give some input. Easily the place I go to when I need (I mean, perhaps “need” is too strong of a word here) perfumes, the occasional toiletry item that’s difficult to find where I’m at, and especially gift items for family. Never had an issue, always reliable and authentic items, and can always score a deal if you wait long enough. Always my go-to store.
