Due to what appears to have been a technical issue on Notino's website, my order was duplicated. I never intended to place the same order twice. When I received two separate parcels, I naturally assumed that my two products had simply been shipped separately, which is a very common practice for online retailers.

When I contacted customer service, I expected them to acknowledge that the duplicate order was caused by an issue on their side and offer a reasonable solution.

Instead, I was told that I must package the products, fill out return forms, arrange tracked shipping at my own expense, and return the order before they would issue a refund. The cost of sending the parcel to their return address is more than one-third of the value of my order, despite the fact that the duplicate order was not my mistake.

Despite explaining multiple times that I should not have to bear the inconvenience or cost of correcting an error caused by their system, I received nothing but references to their standard return policy.

Mistakes can happen, and I understand that. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of accountability and willingness to resolve the issue fairly.

Because of the way this situation has been handled, I will not be ordering from Notino again. There are plenty of retailers that value their customers enough to take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Received wrong items, support at first agnowledge their mistake, but after a few emails back and forth, they now lie and say it's a re-branding of the ordered product.

It is not.
They still sell both individual products on the website.

They end up "offering" me to return the products, if I pay the shipping my self, as we are now past the 14 days return window.

I won't do that. So I'll keep the wrongfully sent items, as they are also more pricy than what I ordered, so I guess I win in the end anyway. Jokes on them.

I have made a few orders in the past, but I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I ordered 5 items. Only 3 showed up. When I contacted costumer service there was no help at all and really bad service.
I was told I could expect no help regarding the money I spent…

My order arrived incomplete and one of the products I paid for was missing. What made it even worse was the poor customer service and the lack of a quick solution. After waiting for the delivery, it’s extremely frustrating to receive an incomplete order and then waste even more time trying to fix the issue. Very disappointing experience — I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

Got a broken perfume that leaked and I took pictures and reported it. Waited almost a week for nothing, they won't do anything about it! Unless you go above and beyond. I will buy the perfume a different place. I will no longer be a costumer.. it's a shame..

I received the order and discovered that the composition of the toothpaste does not match the information stated on notino.dk. The website lists Olaflur as an ingredient, whereas the toothpaste I received contains sodium fluoride instead, which is a less effective ingredient.
Customer services work was awful. They wrote, that notino does not take responsibility for the information about products on their own webpage. I still can return it, but shipping costs are not their responsibility.
One month the after my conversation with the customer service the ingredients of the toothpaste on notino.dk are still mentioned wrong.
I've never met such an awful service and will definitely recommend to avoid notino.

My order delivered with 3 products and all of them was opened and not sealed products. When I asked to return these items obviously is fake and not original, the label they sent me was not working without sender cost which is 172kr. I am pregnant and I will not risk any of us life due to this fake serums and creams. Notino is obliged to take this order’s return on their cost. Immediate action required.

They send another product than advertised in a completely different language. I have no way of knowing if I even received the correct product. I asked by email to have the product replaced for the product advertised, and they would not do that. They only “offered” me to return the product - but without refunding the shipping cost. Even though they literally send me something different than advertised. Apparently they don’t even have the product they advertise. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never buy from them again.

I enjoy shopping with you. But I haven't received any discounts yet. But I recommend it to everyone.

I bought an epilator from Notino and was not happy with the quality of the product, so I wished to return it. The return has to be at the cost of the consumer, and that is fine, but the product had to be sent to Sweden, and so the price ended up being 211 danish kr to send the package. The price of the product was 250 kr, so it didn’t make sense to send the package back.
I am displeased with the fact that their website and overall communication is in danish, but then they don’t have a warehouse or a better system for handling packages in Denmark.

Always fast delivery, a good range of products, and nice discounts. Add free shipping too, and this store would be the best for me.

I ordered a shower oil and it arrived damaged (box damaged, oil pump damaged, unusable). I filed a complaint through their complaints for, I sent them the photo, and they offered in exchange a voucher with less value than the shower oil. I asked for a full refund, and they asked me to SEND BACK the damaged oil BY POST, wrapped, and sent to a specific address AT THE DOOR.
I'm so frustrated by how this is being handled. AM I being taken for a fool?

I love Notino, I am a returning customer. Wide range of products. However I would like to point out that compared to other cosmetic sites, Notino never offers free shipping ( even if I place a high value order) and I also miss some kind of loyalty program for long time returning customers. Just a friendly idea.

It must be a joke that i purchase products worth of 800kr and I do not get free shipping. This is ridiculous.

I’m buying with Notino for so many years, and i’m very happy with them. Always fast delivered, the products in good condition and high quality.
