Never seen such a display of unprofessionalism
been waiting for the package for days, the tracking site is useless, went out for my house and by chance I see a white delivery truck with no labels, I see it stopped for like 5 minutes, kept distance and just observed them. the made no attempt to ring the door, and as they were about to take off, I approached them and asked if there was a package for this adresse, and my package was indeed there, the two drivers were high, the smell of cannabis reeked from the truck. they didn't even ask if i was the right person they just gave me the package, didnt sign anything. if i didnt go out by chance I wouldn't have gotten my package. Never seen such a display of unprofessionalism. PLEASE don't use SEUR for deliveries.

Because, they simple doesnt' reposted! 7 calls - all automatic bot, 5 letters! They don't do their job, + they don't have customer support service at all. Can't recommend to use it. Only if you want to lose your time and money

Awful company. Never delivers. This time they sent me an email saying they tried to deliver at 18:01, but the email was time at 17:31. Then they said my address was incomplete but the had my complete address, post code and gps coordinates. Lazy and liars.

I received two messages from SEUR of two attemps of delivery that were not only false but also out of the the agreed date.
In adition I received a further non-reply message to collect on a pick up point or they return goods to origin.
Web is frustrating, phone chat machine is useless. If you mail to Customer Service they do not answer, if you get to contact their logistic warehose they get rid of you in bad manner adressing you to their chat machine again, even if you ask for help. It is unbelievable such a bad service to customers

This has been the WORST service experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed with the level of reliability and professionalism shown. . I would strongly advise businesses to reconsider using this service for their deliveries.
Seur is falling apart
Seur never dropped off my parcel to the pick up point but sent emails saying I could pick up anytime. Taked to store manager said it was not there. Again Seur sends email can pick up 3 days later. Go to the store manager says its not there. Then store manager explains that Seur is not doing well keeping up with parcels and everything is a mess. So more wasted time. Now parcel is listed to go back to seller but there is a delay. Very disappointing

Whenever I'm told that my package is coming via SEUR I know that it's not going to arrive. The absolute worst. I worked in shipping in spain for many years and would never ever use them.
They also lie. You are always not at home when they call, amazing. Pathetic customer service, Pathetic no, non existent is better. Avoid if at all possible.

This is a worthless company! It really deserves my time to write another review!! They will probably write as a response that I can go on their website and get in contact with the client service!! There is NO service!!! You get the stupid chat bot that can't do anything for you, just a waste of time, than you get two phone numbers and again you get only automatic chat bots, more waste of time, and you also get an email addres, you write two or three emails, you get absolutely NO answer!!! More waste of time!!!
They also offer "service" on Facebook, x etc....you know it already MORE WASTE OF TIME!!! Not one human normal answer!!
Well...they all say the same...we know we delivered your package more than 60km away from your home, but we can't change that!! So I paid money to get my package from Romania to Spain , to my home address( even a pickup point in my city would have been fine) but they are smart and so they deliver it to a pickup point more than 60km away and now they just sent it back thousands of km instead of just doing their job and bring it to my home as I paid them to do !!! This is just ridiculous!! What a disgrace Seur, shame on you !!!

Absolutely dreadful company
Absolutely dreadful company. Claimed they couldn’t find my address. Didn’t even try to deliver the package. I saw the delivery van drive straight past my house, then they sent email claiming they had been unable to find the address and that the information for the address was incomplete despite me providing all the correct contact details for the location

The worst transport company I have ever encountered in my life. I use logistics companies to transport good from my business to clients. The last 5 times I have used Seur they have never arrived to collect the item. You can whistle into the wind trying to find anyone to help, everything is automated and you'll never get a reply. Ideally anyone who needs anything shipping would read all the reviews, know how shocking this company is, never use them and see the company dissapear as they dont deserve any custom from anyone. It's a shame zero stars review doesn't exist on this site as I'm sure that would be the real review score
Absolute the worst delivery company…
Absolute the worst courier service here in Spain. I have never had any problems with any delivery company but Seur. I'm frustrated that companies still use them as their courier.
A couple of times I have ordered something online (from different stores so I had no clue that they would use this useless company) and every time I receive a message from Seur that they have my package and will deliver it, I want to throw my phone against the wall, cause I know they won't deliver.
I always get a message saying I wasn't home and therefore couldn't deliver the package, even though I work from home and stay there the whole day. The same thing happened today, only this time I received a message that they will try again. What's the point? It's not like they are going to.
I have now decided to never buy from those certain stores again, it's a shame cause I like the stores, but I'd rather not get another headache because of useless seur.
Worst parcel service ever
They do not deliver the packages at the address indicated when you contract the service, but they deliver them at the pick-up point they decide, without prior notice to the customer and even if it is kilometres away. In addition, deliveries, if they do them, are always late.
No collection
Please do not use this company to send parcels, I paid over a hundred euros and waited in all day for collection, excuse given, same again on a different day.
No response from emails and no option to arrange another collection. AVOID

My item - a refrigerator for bottles - purchased from Amazon.es never delivered by this company.
Amazon should take seriously to verify the delivery companies they work with.

The worst courier service I’ve ever come across. Non-existent customer service; parcels held up for weeks with no way of finding out what’s going on. Terrible service. I can’t understand how a courier company can operate like this. Then I found out online that they’re full of negative reviews. Be wary.
