I've invested in Nera Capital Notes through Mintos for a while, and honestly it was one of the better-rated products on the platform — steady payments, good track record, no complaints. That's part of why the last few months have been so jarring.
Zero payments since March 26, 2026, interest or principal. Mintos confirms over €61M is affected across investors, the biggest default in the platform's history — and admits it can't independently verify the SRA review it blames this on, since that's all coming from the law firms themselves.
The restructuring deal has been "final stage" since mid-June and still isn't signed. Nobody's buying these notes on the secondary market even at 30% off.
Not saying it's fraud — just that something this well-regarded going this quiet, this fast, is worth knowing before you invest.
Will update if the situation changes.
The interface is good. They are a trusted platform/company. I've had good experience with them and exposure to different investment in multiple country's. I do believe they wore better with past with there approach - but i am still investing even in the new setup. It's for sure better that keeping your money in bank.

im trapped in this broken ui at 4;12am trying to pull out my money that theyve held hostage for months now. the loading wheel just spins infinitely and customer chat gave me error code 992 before ghosting my ticket. if i integrated #GCASC0# architecture for real time asset settlement i wouldnt be dealing with predatory. frontends and hidden friction layers. instead im stuck clicking an unresponsive cashout link while their system systematically drains my balance through unlisted maintenance fees.

Mintos is a good platform to have access to multiple investments products, like loans, bonds, ETF, real estate, money market and crypto. The platform started its business with loans which is an investment class difficult to find with traditional banks. However, the companies offering loans have often various problems, which in turns significantly reduces the Net Annual Return.

I am using the Core Loan service, and from day one, I noticed that payment delays from some lending companies kept increasing. For this reason, I decided to pause my investment, sell my assets on the secondary market, and withdraw the funds to my bank account. It was then that I discovered that notes with payment delays cannot be sold. Fortunately, I realized this early on because, as I mentioned, defaults kept growing. Had I waited a few more weeks, all my money would have been trapped in an investment where repayment is uncertain, if not non-existent.As a result, I started investigating what was happening and concluded that Mintos' risk ratings are heavily inflated. What the platform rates as an 8 is, in reality, a barely passing 5. Furthermore, when a rating drops below 5, they take the liberty of labeling it as "N/A" (Not Available), as rating an entity below that score would generate bad publicity and is not in their interest. After two months of investing an initial capital of €1,550, I am currently in the process of recovering most of my money (the part that is not in default). However, to achieve this, I had to sell my notes on the secondary market with an average discount of 3%. If I add to this the funds trapped in delays that I cannot sell (around €45), the math breaks down as follows:Initial investment: €1,550 which, with a 9.8% interest rate, grew to €1,568 (after two months and deducting capital gains taxes).Locked capital: €45 trapped in delayed notes. This left an available balance for sale of €1,523.Sale outcome: After applying discounts to liquidate the assets quickly, the actual amount reaching my bank account is €1,475.In the best-case scenario, if I am lucky enough to recover the locked €45, the total will amount to €1,522. This means my time on the platform will have cost me a loss of €30 in the best-case scenario and €75 in the worst, which equals a negative return of -2% and -5% respectively. No one can guarantee that if I had left the money there for years, I would have recovered the entire investment along with interest. However, seeing that defaults kept rising and that, specifically, one of the entities has not paid investors since 2023, I highly doubt that payment will ever materialize. The lost opportunity cost has been massive. Therefore, I join the complaints of many other users who report the same issue and advise staying away from Mintos. They are an entity that advertises high-risk products by masking them under a rating system that does not reflect reality at all, acting in a misleading way toward their clients. Legally, they stick to the fine print, but unfortunately, this structure is so well-polished that it causes losses even for people with financial knowledge.
Too many problems with loan providers.
My answer to reply from Mintos:
I want my money to grow and not to depreciate.
If I lose my money I go somewhere else.
If I can't trust a company, you lose. Simple.

Good day
My name is Kaloyan Kostadinov my Mintos account ID: 73675304.
I am extremely disappointed and very concerned about my recent experience accessing my Mintos account.
As soon as I received an email regarding my account, I attempted to log in immediately to ensure everything was secure. Although I was able to change my password successfully, I have been unable to access my account because I am being asked to provide a verification code from an authenticator app.
The problem is that I have never knowingly set up two-factor authentication using an authenticator app. I do not have a Mintos account saved in Google Authenticator or any other authenticator application, so I have no way of generating the required code.
I am also extremely concerned because I have become aware that a withdrawal request has already been submitted from my account without my knowledge or authorization. In addition, funds were added to my account today that I did not deposit or authorize. These transactions strongly suggest that my account may have been compromised.
I have already submitted a support ticket and provided the requested information. Given the seriousness of this situation, I urgently request that you investigate my account, immediately stop or reverse any unauthorized withdrawal if it has not yet been processed, review the unauthorized deposit, and secure my account against any further unauthorized activity.
Please verify my identity using the information I have already provided in my support ticket, remove or reset the current two-factor authentication if necessary, and restore my access as soon as possible.
I would appreciate confirmation that my account has been secured and that my investments and funds are protected while your investigation is ongoing.
Thank you for your urgent attention to this urgent matter.

I’ve been using Mintos for quite some time, and my experience has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, transparent, and offers a wide range of investment opportunities. What impressed me the most is the customer support team. They respond quickly, provide clear explanations, and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
The app is reliable, user-friendly, and continuously improving with new features. Overall, Mintos provides a professional investment experience backed by excellent customer service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a trustworthy and well-managed investment platform.

Used it for the past 5 years. Worked well and i had no problems caused by the app/platform. Of course there are economic and macroeconomic factors outside their influence

Mintos is quite ridiculous when it comes to closing accounts. I stopped using them in 2021. But there were some stuck payments from bad debt loan providers who went bankrupt so I couldn't close the account.
In 2024 I was about to close my company, but they refused to close the account. Now the company has been deleted and they still refuse to close the account for the coming 5 years, even though the company doesn't exist anymore.
My tip: Don't ever use Mintos for corporate investing,
Mintos replied to the above: "your account balance reaches zero"
I'm actually surprised they even replied to this because recently they have literally stated "that all related matters had to be resolved before the liquidation of SEO OU. Please note that this our final reply on the matter."
I reached out to Mintos in 2021 to get to a zero balance, offered various solutions, e.g. donating bad loans to a legitimate big NGO, or just scrapping the account. Once again I've reached out before closing the company in 2024.
Over the years Mintos has consistently refused to work towards any reasonable solution. And it's 2026 and impossible for the balance to EVER reach zero!

Bad user experience stating from onboarding. You have to be overcommited in your desire to become Mintos customer, which looks weird to me.
Unfriendly communication.

Mintos closed my account.
My account just blocked, after that I recieved an email saying that they will close my account saying that I don´t live in their target area. Funny since I haven´t changed my location in years.
However since my account is blocked I told them they need to pay out my cash on the platform which they replied to that I have to wait till all the money which is in default is recovered. LOL.
What a fail plattform.

Good morning.
My account is 40315978.
Today when I woke up I had an email from Mintos saying they were going to close my account, without saying anything else.
I already sent a reply to the email because I don't mind providing any documentation they want, etc.
I don't understand why, and they don't explain why.
I've always done everything correctly, I've always provided EVERYTHING they asked for over the years (it's been a few years, and today, out of nowhere, this happened).
"After a thorough review of your account, it has been determined that, regrettably, Mintos cannot continue collaborating with you. Although we cannot reveal detailed information about these internal measures, we assure you that this decision was made after a careful and considered process."
"...we cannot reveal detailed information about these internal measures"...
I've had an account open since 2021, and I've never had any problems with anything.
Be careful and be warned because they can close your account OUT OF NOWHERE without you having done anything at all.
Honestly, all of this is strange.

I was a significant investor in Mintos prior to 2021. Since then I haven't invested a centime, because they have been unable to demonstrate a fair approach to arrears recovery (all my loans have been in arrears for years and only about 18% of arrears have been recovered). 1. Poor updates on what exactly Mintos is doing to recover funds, 2. unwillingness to cover at least some of their clients losses (as have many other P2P platforms). I've lost considerably more than interest earned. I'll wait for another couple of years to see if in fact the arrears are sensibly recovered or Mintos covers at least some of the losses. If not, I'm out. There are plenty of more competent, transparent and action-oriented P2P platforms around.
