Peerberry has earned my deepest trust as an institution because of the way they handled the default of their Russian - Ukrainian loan portfolio in 2022-3. The company simply took it upon themselves to pay back investors. This stands Peerberry apart from other similar providers. So for me, their guarantee is more than promises, I experienced it in action. Have five stars, Peerberry.

Honestly didn't expect this level of service from a P2P platform, but PeerBerry completely surprised me.
I had an issue and reached out to their customer support — and wow, what a difference compared to other platforms I've tried. They got back to me quickly, were super friendly, and actually solved my problem without me having to follow up three times.
It's rare to feel genuinely looked after as an investor, and PeerBerry nailed it. The platform is great on its own, but the customer service is what really won me over.
If you're on the fence about trying PeerBerry, this is your sign. Solid returns AND people who actually care? Yes please. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Low interest rate and mostly long term loans
You can use Peerberry if you're happy to fight in a click war with bots and mindless people at 7am over 8-9% loans that are mostly long term (years).
On top of that they have no secondary market, so your money is stuck with them for a very long time.
Peerberry used to be good and they made a name as reliable after recovering most (all?) money from Russian and Ukrainian companies after the Russia invasion, but that's it, they stopped there.
These days there's so much better around there's really no reason to invest with them.

The Best P2P Lending Platform
I’ve used multiple P2P lending platforms (Mintos, Robocash, Esketit and many others) but Peerberry stands out as the best in the industry.
It has consistently delivered the promised returns of around 10% annually, which speaks to its reliability.
What really sets Peerberry apart is their excellent Client Support. I want to give a special thanks to Inga and Rita who are always there to help.

Internal server error 🤣. Investimento automatico non funziona. Moltissimi utenti e pochi prestiti in relazione al numero di utenti. O si smette momentaneamente di accettare nuove iscrizioni o si aumenta il numero di prestiti. App lentissima e con problemi tecnici che da anni non vengono risolti. Aggiornamento 24.4.2025 for me what you say is not true because the message "internal server error" appears even after clicking on the loan you want to purchase.
I think the problem is just that your server can't handle all the user requests, in fact this problem didn't exist years ago. The number of users has increased dramatically without adjusting the number of loans and without adjusting the IT infrastructure and decreasing the recognized interest rate by up to 4%. I have been investing since 2021 and the worsening seems evident to me

Our investment results depend on our own preferences in what we want to invest in. If we target only loans with a limited supply, we must also accept competition on the platform (we are not alone, and we are not first in the queue). If preferred loans are not enough for everyone, AutoInvest can not invest either (AutoInvest as a tool works well, but if there are no loans under the chosen parameters, there is nothing AutoInvest can invest in). There are always loans available on the platform, which means that our investment results depend on our investment choices only.
The app works the same as the desktop version because the backend for both is the same. However, refreshing the screen very frequently may result in error messages.

Amazing attitude towards war affected loans
I have nothing but positive words about PeerBerry, especially how the company handled the loans affected by the war.
Today I got the last payment and although it took some time, I got all my money back and didn't lose a cent, even though there was an external factor and many companies would for sure not have the same attitude.

Peerberry: trustworthy but low effective return
Peerberry excels in trust, and it is one of very few platforms that has made their investors whole over a longer period.
I give it a four and not give because their returns are low. They advertise with 9-10% return, but in reality it is more like 6-7% because all investors end up with a large cash drag. It would have been more honest to lower the interest to a point where investors pull out money and they reach a market equilibrium. How, everyone has to constantly work: some to manually invest in loans every morning, some to pull out money every week to avoid the cash drag.

When we invest in loans through PeerBerry, we invest not in PeerBerry but in loans issued by lenders - our business partners. Our business partners set interest rates based on their borrowing needs. The more their own funds they have, the lower the need is to borrow. The lower the need to borrow, the lower the interest rates we see on the platform.
As you may already be aware, the current demand for loans surpasses the available supply. We’re actively addressing the demand-supply imbalance and anticipate an increase in loan supply this autumn as lending companies tend to issue more loans.

Excelent platform with a small cashdrag
I've been with a Peerberry around 2 years. The platform showed it stability after repaying almost all War affected loans.
If you're not picky and ok with 10% interest loans than auto invest can make it for you. For loans with higher interest there is a real fight and only manual invest can help.
There is a telegram channel where people post when loan appears on the market. It reminds me rat race when everyone wants to invest int demanded loans.
Other than that no other issues with a platform.
